Answer:	I recently bought the Jumbo size. Using a tape measure, the interior dimensions I got at the very BASE (floor) of the pan are approx. 16"L × 15.5"W. There are semi-rounded corners at the base, which I did not include in my measurements. The pan flares out a bit from bottom to top, so the interior dimensions I got for the upper portion of the litter pan (not including the hooded cover) are approx. 21"L × 18"W. The height of the pan (not including the hooded cover) is approx. 6.5" at the front end & 11" at the back end. I apologize if my measurements aren't precisely accurate, but it's a bit difficult to take exact measurements due to curved corners, tapered side walls, etc. Hope this helps a little, though. I do love this litter box and so do my "twin" 1-yr-old tabby boys, who already weigh 16 lbs each...Yikes! Now that I have a great litter box they both like, the bigger challenge is finding a low-cal. food they'll actually eat...no luck so far. In the past, everything was everywhere outside if the box, but no more issues like that now! Answer:	I am not a vet but I will share what I believe to be accurate. Our vet prescribed this because our dog, weighing 80 lbs, had Giardia in her stool sample. She was prescribed two packets (40 lbs doses) a day for three days, along with 1 1/2 tablets of an antibiotic called Metronidazole 500 mgs, twice a day, for 7 days. We are also supposed to clean up any stool in her yard because our vet said that all she has to do is get it on her paws and then lick her paws to become reinfected. After this routine her stool will be rechecked. So, how long? If the environment is cleaned up, and your dog's stool sample comes back clean the second time, I'd say you're good to go. If not I'm guessing you'll have to go through it all over again, immediately.

Question:	Is it nice wood or cheap laminate
Answer:	I purchased it in white and don't think it looks cheap at all. However, the pictures of it in brown, don't look as attractive to me. I think it is a laminate, but very heavy and strong, and for the price it is a nice bit of cat furniture! My cat, Bella, loves it. She enjoys going in and out and also likes to sleep on top of it where I placed a soft cushion.
Question:	We have two cats. Can you fit two regular size ltter boxes in the enclosure
Answer:	you could fit 2 small boxes, like the ones that are 18 x 15 but not much larger than that. You can fit a large box that 2 cats would share. I ordered the Nature's Miracle High Sided Litter Box and there is plenty of room. If you do 2 boxes then the cats will have to step into the front box to get to the back box. I love the bench though if you can make it work. If you want them to each have their own box I would probably go for the smaller version and buy 2.

Answer:	My order was $59.95 for 2. I liked them because they were big and deep. No easier to clean out than the cheaper ones. Just liked the shape. It’s OK but that’s all.
Question:	I have these at one house and love them. Do you make a covered version with the Teflon coating
Answer:	I don’t know if this company has a covered version, but I do know that, generally, cats do not like covered litter pans. They are hot and hard to breathe inside and the dust from the litter goes right up their nose. Consider keeping only uncovered boxes. I know someone might say, well, they use covered boxes all the time and their cats love it. However, covered boxes are still unhealthy for them.

Question:	Can you use this litter box without bag liners
Answer:	I have owned this litter box for over 6 months and I have NEVER used bag liners. Personally, i think bag liners just get scratched up and do more harm than good. So yes, you can. However, the purpose of bag liners is to keep the litter sanitary and clean - I would definitely be sure to clean the litter often so feces don't stick to the bottom or anything like that. - Heather

Answer:	Door is 7 1/2 inch wide x 13 inch high floor to top of the arch. My 16 lbs male cat uses it conveniently.
Question:	Have any other purchasers of this item had problems with keeping the liner in place? The instructions that came with this weren't much help. It made it look like there was a clip to help secure the liner in place inside but we didn't see anything like that, and the liner keeps sliding off the curved inside edge along t
Answer:	At first I tried to fold the plastic liner over the edge of the lower half. It would not fit. I tried just bringing the bag up to the edge. I secured it with a few small pieces of tape. When the dome is placed on top it traps the edge of the bag holding it in place. I just need to learn where to purchase more bags. Will start at the website. Good luck!
Question:	Can a dog get its head in the box. (I know, I am sorry
Answer:	We have chihuahuas (5, 6 and 9 lbs). The oldest 9 lb doesn't even try to go in but the other two can zip in and out of there as if it was made for them. They don't move the lid or anything; they are smaller then the cat. But they will try to drag kitty litter and then some out of it frequently. No problems for me though as they do the same and worse with litter boxes uncovered or with a normal box cover.
