HOWEVER, you will have better results if you purchase ear drops that help soften the ear wax. It is over the counter. The drops were used in the doctors office, for my son. He had to lay on his side for about 5-10 minutes to allow the drops to work. He sat up, the wash kit was used, and it definitely worked.
