Answer:	The bottle that comes from Chewy's has a protective metal seal under the cap. If it does not have a seal, beware. I ordered a bottle from Amazon and will get it tomorrow 11/25/2019. I will update if it does not have a seal.

Answer:	Very quickly but it's recommended by my vet to do a second dose 2 weeks later.
