Answer:	Yes it does. This auger works well if it is solid clear ice. If it's ruff ice white and dark, it is awful to use. My Son and I both struggled with it big time. We don't use it anymore.

Answer:	As the cats eat, the food just comes down. Sometimes I have to shake it a little so the food comes down. Works ok but I had to stop using it because I have one cat that is on a diet so she can’t have access to food all the time. Answer:	It's also heavy enough full of water that a cat such as that one won't be able to move it. It also comes with a small pad as pictured that has very good friction. I have a cat that's either a Savannah or from a Lynx line. I think I've seen it called a Desert Lynx. Either way, he's large, strong, very curious, and obsessed at time with moving the water fountain whether playing or ticked he isn't getting more food. I've had not problems with this fountain and doing that. Also, it's tall enough that he drinks from it comfortably. He's a tall cat and like the even tall fountain on my other one so I'm glad this worked out.

Question:	Do you have to disassemble this to refill it or do you pour water into the top and it drains into the reservoir
Answer:	I tend to add water at the top as my dog drinks out of it also and depletes the water supply. However I do take it apart and clean it every week which is very easy and then I fill it up at that time. It only takes a few minutes to take it apart , clean it, fill it and put it back together. Really easy. I'm 77 so if this old lady can do it, you can too.

Answer:	As taken from my fountain manual: "Flashing green light: the filter needs to be replaced. Press the O for 5 seconds after replacement, the orange light goes out after the beep prompt sound is heard. The reset is successful and the timing of filter will be reset." From the diagram it looks like the O is on the backside of the fountain where you plug things in. Did you try resetting the filter timer? If not, maybe that is the quick and easy fix! Otherwise, I don't know what it could be.

Clean the Pump to Extend Life:

3. The highest water level is 3/4 of the bowl height and the lowest water level is more than the water outlet of the pump. Sometimes loud fountains are the consequence of a low water level or a dirty impeller. Clean your fountain’s impeller and ensure the water reaches to at least its minimum level.

4. To prevent the activated carbon dust (it will not harm your pets) from shedding, please soak the filter in water for 2 minutes and rinse it thoroughly under running water before use. The filter should be changed every 2 weeks.

5. Please keep the cable away from pets chewing it.
