Answer:	It cannot be strapped to your wrist to get the environmental temperature. You'll see your skin temp. I take mine off my wrist and float it in ice water and hot tubs. It takes 7 to 15 minutes to equilibrate to its new environment.

Answer:	I purchased mine almost exactly 2 years ago. Wore the watch pretty much on a daily basis. Today the band split (on one side of the holes). I was able to fix it using a mini stapler (I also used a black marker to conceal the staple itself; worked out pretty good) but I don't think it's going to last; I already see tiny cracks in other parts of the band, esp. when you bend the band backwards. Paid $60 for the watch, and the (Casio) replacement band is $15. I'm on the fence about this one but I will probably get the replacement band.

Answer:	Start at the bottom, use hot glue and staples from a heavy duty staple gun. Slowly wrap the rope towards the top using glue and staples. I used two 4 X 4 pieces of post and 66 feet of rope is not enough to finish the job. My posts are about 15 inches tall. With rope costing about $24 I think it's cheaper to just buy a new scratching post. I bought one that Amazon had for $26 that had two scratching posts and two places that the cat could use as a perch or bed. It's more of a job putting new rope on and costs about as much as buying a new scratching post.

Question:	Where is this manufactured
Answer:	I also fill use filtered water from the refrigerator in our cat's fountain. I clean the fountain, including the pump, once a week and rinse the filter really well (water only, no soap). Once a month, I replace the filter with a new one.
Question:	Can the basket lounger be attached on the other side
Answer:	I also use mine plastic side up because my cats don't like the blue top piece piece and they didn't like the texture of the foam when they licked the water. I have had no problems with the filter working. I use Brita filtered water and change it out every 2 weeks, rinsing the filter out at that time.
Question:	What are the dimensions of the cave
Answer:	It is normal and very simple to fix. The issue is not lack of water, but debris getting stuck to the pump rotor, causing a vibration. Remove the pump. Remove the slotted cover from the front of the pump. Remove the circular cover which sits directly behind the slotted cover. At this point you will see the yellow rotor. Remove the rotor by pulling it out. It's held in place by magnets. Clean the rotor and reinstall. Problem solved.

Question:	Is this truly only 19" wide and 19" deep? It looks wider in the pic and my space for it is only 21". Would welcome responses
Answer:	Inside diameter is 12”. My cat is quite small so she can easily curl up in it but a large cat would have trouble sleeping inside. It’s still a good perch!
Question:	Are the supports cardboard or solid
Answer:	I need a replacement post, too. After less than a month of use, the top post is cracking. Please let me know how this can be remedied.

Answer:	Priscilla, Yea, u need to put it on a hard floor. I have mine out on the cement by the pool. I also took out the middle landing and made it more stable. She likes to ball herself up in the top bowl. Hope that helps

Question:	is there any way to clean the hammock
Answer:	If you remove the hammock (unscrew it from posts) you can soak it to wash it. I use a lint roller periodically to clean off the cat fur.

Answer:	When put together it looks exactly how the picture looks if it doesn't look like the picture then something is wrong! It's only good for kittens not grown cats less then 6 months old! Also I dot remember what one is P2 but hopefully the information help!!
