Answer:	Yes! The mounting holes are not rough and do not have any burs on them. Leaving off a rope or a piece of the cat condo is no problamo. I like to change it up every once in a while to keep the cats on their toes.

Answer:	I have a Maine Coon that weighs 20 pounds. I have had this A6501 for 7 years now and the only thing she has worn out is the scratch posts. She loves to curl up on the top square platform, large enough for my tiger!

Answer:	Yes, the posts are covered in sisal rope. They use double sided tape to keep it on the posts. My cats aren't declawed and it had a few years of use before the sisal started to get shredded off. Once it started to go though, it went fast on the lowest posts. The Armarkat website sells replacement posts but at $18-21 per post, it would be better to do it yourself re-roping or just buy a new tower. If you buy your own sisal, make sure its UNOILED. Oiled sisal can hurt or kill cats I've read.

I have a 20+ pound male cat who has no problem getting in the doors, plus we've all seen cats squish into amazingly small places, so it would have to be a very big cat who couldn't get in the doors. My cat can still, well, almost, curl up small enough to completely fit inside the condo with just a bit of his butt sticking out one door, but that's the great thing with the balconies in front of the doors. He usually has most of his head out one and his tush or his back legs if it's warm out the other door.

My kitten catches her claw every so often on other things and I can't patiently wait for her to retract it or get herself out. What I can say is that the loop is tiny, the string is about 4 in long and my kitten just plays with the ball at the end. Never found her caught in it or I'd cut the loop off.

Answer:	My cat is about 10 pounds male and very active, the tree lasted 1 month and now it's sitting in the garage not being used because the top wobbles and keeps falling off.... and the top started tilting due to his weight so that it kept falling over. We have had to put the top back on over and over but it keeps falling off, its cheap but you get what you pay for. You have to put it up against a wall so it won't fall. Buy something else if you have an active 10 plus pound cat, it's OK for kittens until they grow up. Waste of money.

Answer:	It's actually pretty sturdy. It may look wobbly sometimes if the cat runs and jumps up there but it's never actually leaned over for me. Our cat is about 15-18 pounds, it took her a couple days to warm up to using it but now she jumps all over it. Loves to lie down on the top platform.

Answer:	It would depend upon the size of the feline. But for the average cat, I would say NO it is not big enough for a cat to eat in. My cat was 12 lbs. and there was just enough room to turn around in and lay down. It is a nice product and worth the money. That being said, my cat never ventured out to the 2 top levels, but just lounged inside the box.

I have multiple cats and a number of different cat trees. I find this tree to be too lightweight and easy to tip over. I keep mine against a wall so it has balance. It is my least favorite tree. Several of my cats like the house. The pros are its price and it’s small size. If you have a cat that is not real rambunctious it could work well in a small space.

Answer:	We have 2 cats maybe 15 pounds each and it has held up so far. It's pretty sturdy since the hammock holder is wood. The actual hammock is a removable fleecy material sewed together at the ends to make loops, so it slides onto the holder. It's not a very big hammock, but my cats still like it.

Answer:	I have two cats, 11 and 12 pounds, that jump on the Cat Tree at the same time. It is very sturdy, just screw the pieces together tightly when assembling. If the tree will sit on hardwood or tile, put a rubber shelf liner on the bottom so it does not slide. My only concern for a 22 pound cat is the size of the 3 upper platforms. My long 12 pound cat can curl up on the platform and still look comfortable. I have had my tree for almost 2 years and it still looks new.

Answer:	Hi, I have this cat tree. This a is very sturdy tree. Now I don't have a cat that weighs 22lbs but I have multiple cats that sit on this cat tree at once. It holds up very well when multiple cats are sleeping or playing on it. As for the top tiers it might be a bit to small. All three top perches measure 13 inch by 13 inch. I hope this information has helped you. If you think this tree might not be size appropriate for your cat then I suggest looking a wayfair.com. They have some big cat trees for pretty good prices.

Answer:	Just measured mine and the actual square base piece is 22" deep and 24" wide. The side pieces stick out on both sides to about 48" wide. And overall height of it is 72" tall. It's an excellent cat gym for small and large cats and by far better deal than any In store cat gym I have ever seen. It does look a. Bit smaller in person than advertised but well worth it and I have owned mine for about 7 years and still works as cats still love it. I had a cheaper older one that I was able to combine into this one to make it even better so mine is slightly different than this now but all works excellent!

Answer:	I have had this Amaracat cat tree for 12 yrs, all of my cats have loved it. I highly recommend an Amaracat tree/condo for your cats. The cat tree has a wide solid base with plenty of levels, the house is a good sized, I have had two of my cats (range from 10-15 lbs) in the house at the same time laying comfortably. My youngest cat races up and down the tree and it does wobble but has never gone over. I like the faux fur much better than the sheep skin, the faux fur is easier to clean and doesn't tear like the sheep skin covered trees (I recently had to replace my 4 foot cat tree that was covered with sheep skin due to tearing of the sheep skin and it was a pain to try and get the cat hair off of it).

Question:	My cat is approx. 7-8 isn pounds. Will he fit this tree
Answer:	I have the snap clip on mine and it will take a lot of pull to get the clip to release. This is a safety feature and I would not disconnect it. Either that or use a cord that will break if an accident does happen. Your life is worth more than a thirty dollar compass.

Answer:	This has been on my window for a couple months now with 2 10lb cats sitting on it every day and it’s still up with no signs of unsticking! The suction cups are HUGE and seem very secure. One tip I used is to wet the suction cups just slightly before sticking and they will stay better. Still, I have it positioned right over my bed so if it were to ever fall in the future with my cats on it, they wouldn’t have far to fall.
