Answer:	I'm not sure what you mean by "where are the measurements", but I looked at the listing for sizes on the one I purchased and it lists all sizes. For a medium (which is what I think you are talking about), It says 17" for the chest, 15" neck to tail. The breeds for this size lists, Medium will fit: Pug, Maltese, Jack Russell Terrier, French Bulldog, Boston Terrier. I hope this helps. :)

Answer:	I believe it would fit very well! We have had a 10 lb fluffy dog (girth of 19 inches) wear the size 1 because we are able to adjust the back to open up by many inches. However, to ensure the right length for a good look, we'll need to measure from ears to front paws (like a hooded jumpsuit, which is the costume style) to ensure there is enough fabric. If your dog is 13-14.5 inches, size 1 would likely be best. If between 15-17 inches, then size 2 is recommended.
