Answer:	Even here in central Alabama we use this seasoning for many things. Normally, a container of seasoning does not last that long. I have kept a container for several months after opening with out refrigeration. I guess it would last longer if refrigerated. I normally purchase at least 8 each 4.5 lb containers at a time.

Answer:	It is not a ladies cut, i would say unisex.

Answer:	Same spicy flavor. However, we buy the big bottle of the powder, and use it to spice up all our seafood. We even use it to spice up the batter for fried shrimp & oysters. Way more economical than the liquid, which, FYI, we never buy. I was born and raised in New Orleans, and even though I don't live there now, I still swear by zatarain's.
Question:	Is the shrimp scissors easy to break
Answer:	That's a really hard question. We usually do it to taste, and we like SPICY. Would start our probably with maybe 1/4 c per gallon of water and add more if you want it to be spicier or more flavorful.
Question:	Should the blades on these shrimp scissors be removed and cleaned after use
Answer:	Honestly...I never use anything except the powdered (In a jar) Zatarains . Reason: I can never get the spice exactly I like using the bags or the liquid..I am sure they are good...but with the powder I can exact the spice and taste of the boiled product... I start out a bit low, then "test the water" so to speak, as I add more and boil it into the pot... Nothing wrong with the bags and liquid, but the powder seems (to me) more potent...I can only tell you, I never ever (and never will) use anything but Zatarains....I guess its a habit...ha
