Answer:	The perch is 21.5 inches in length and the width of the perch is about 1 inch From the top of the perch to the bottom tray is 31 inches. The size should be good for your macaw. If your bird likes to chew on perches then you will probably need to replace it as needed. I love having this play stand, it's so nice to be able to take the bird wherever we are & she loves it!!

Question:	Can I purchase this without the stand
Answer:	I’m not sure if I understand the question. The play stand connects together as a single unit. There is not a safe way to remove the play area for the birds and set it on a table.

Answer:	There is a 13 inch space between the perch and top. Approximately 17 inches from the perch to the bottom bar. I have a spiral rope hanging on one side. My sun conure loves it now but took a while to get use to it. Hope this helps.

Answer:	My large Yellow Naped Amazon loves it. I put some of his favorite toys on it and a rope perch around the wiry top area. I have a very small apartment and this is great for my Amazon. Yellow Naped Amazons get to 15 inches, and mine is that size.

Question:	Is the large big enough for a blue fronted amazon
Answer:	I think it is a but too small for an Amazon. Perfect for my green cheek conure but probably not a bigger bird

Answer:	I have a sun conure. The size is good, but we haven't been pleased with the functionality of it. She tried to climb the plastic chain and got her little claw caught in it immediately. We removed it and put in a wood bridge. She enjoys it more now. Also the tray at the bottom is pretty useless.
Question:	One of my pieces is missing a hole to put a screw in. Will I break the piece if I try drilling a hole myself
Answer:	For the average person who's not experienced in wood working, it's an iffy situation. You must get good alignment with the wooden part and the drill or you will slant the drill hole toward an edge at an angle. The screw will then be slanted as well causing a misalignment of parts. Are you sure the piece requires a hole? If so, then ask for a replacement piece or replacement of the product. Good luck, my two birds were immediately in love with this stand and it's a perfect fit for where I want it in my living room.

Answer:	I would get the large. I got the large for my cockatiel. I don’t think the small would be adequate for your conure. I know the sizes of conures. If I were you, I would buy the large.

Answer:	I bought it for a Conure. Perfect size. Probably fine for Cockatiel and Budgie. Definitely too small for a Macaw.

Question:	Where can I find directions for assembly
Answer:	Instructions should be included.
Question:	Will it work for a sun conure
Answer:	Yes but it's made for a large bird so it would be over kill
Question:	The perch looks too big for a cocktail. Can it be replaced
Answer:	Yes. You would just have to drill 2 holes in a new perch. There are two screws that hold it on.
Question:	Any issues with parrots being able to unscrew the bolt caps at the top of the perch
Answer:	My bird is a macaw it took her about 5 months but she figured it out I think it became loose and I didn't notice. She only got the one with the swing. I was able to retrieve it and put it back. She hasn't tried to take it apart since but I check it often now to make sure it's tight

Question:	Is this good for a green cheek and a jenday conure
Answer:	Yes . I have a Jenday and a Sun and they both seem to really like it. It is wide enough for them both to sit on it together.
Question:	Is this good for an African Grey
Answer:	In my opinion this would be too small for an African grey, although my Quaker loves it and seems to be just right for him!
Question:	Would this be a good training tool for a green cheek conure to do tricks and flips
Answer:	I think it could be. I trained mine to flip on my finger. I’ve never asked him to flip on the stand, but I think you could.
Question:	Can two small parakeets fit on this one stand
Answer:	Yes both my cockatiels fit so I’m sure parakeets will fit as well.
