Answer:	I actually just bought this cage. The package falsely advertises dimensions of 20"L x 11.5"W x 16"H. THE ACTUAL dimensions are only 16"L x 10"W x 14.5"H. I have owned many many small animal cages that were significantly larger than this tiny thing. It's only ok for 1 mouse, small hamster, maybe a gerbil. Since all of these animals are social animals and should be bought and kept in pairs, this is way too small.

Answer:	Hello, this cage is suitable for one rabbit. It could be used as a travel/ temporary cage for two (if they like each other), but is too small to be a permanent cage for two rabbits. Answer:	One trick that helped me when i had this problem is to try not filling the bottle all the way completely. Maybe leave like an inch or two not filled, or more even, depending on the size of the bottle. This helps create and maintain that air bubble that allows the water to dispense. Hope this helps!

Put your thumbs on a rail under the blue plastic rim in the same area as your pointer fingers. Pull your pointer fingers a little out and pinch your fingers. It should work. You will get used to it.

Answer:	The wheel really isn't big enough and it is also a mess because ours would go to the bathroom while running inside. We ended up discarding ours and making our own cage out if a large storage bin. You can google it and find directions. It is much easier to clean and more room for a Syrian.

Answer:	Yes definitely a pain. You have to be careful not to pull to hard and to push in the little tabs or they will break off. Our hamsters liked to build their nest in the wheel so there was a lot of poop. The holes in the wheel let poop go everywhere when the wheel spins.

Answer:	Oh no!!!! They need a minimum of 450 sq in of floor space, this one is about a third of that size... I have a robo dwarf and use this cage connected to an unused bath tub that I lined and filed with bedding and toys. This makes a good cage. I suggest if your limited on cost you can connect it to a storage big, but make sure it’s tall enough so your hamster can’t escape, also leave the top off so it doesn’t suffocate

The different versions each have their own specific color (such as the one level, two level, three level) so wherever you purchase this (in-store or online), it will look exactly like the one pictured.Hope this helps. Answer:	If you want to keep the light green spiral slide in place, I think the answer is no. At least, I've not yet found an accessory that fits it. On the other hand, if you remove the spiral slide, the standard Kaytee 10" tube fits into the hole and you can attach other tubes and accessories on from there.

Answer:	No. Mice are thin and agile enough to fit through the wires. Hamsters and gerbils do not compare. Search the reviews to find more than a few people who had this experience with mice in CritterTrail cages. You're probably better off using a terrarium for them.

Question:	What is the difference between the 2 pack, 3 pack, etc
Answer:	The cage is adorable, and a decent size, but the wheel is tiny! I didn't even attempt to use the wheel. I ordered an 8 inch wheel separately. So I couldn't even tell you if it is quiet. I didn't even attempt to use it. I have a Syrian, and my boss didn't even want the wheel to use for his dwarfs. He said it was too small for them. But the cage itself is really cute!
Question:	If your mouse nests in it will it create anger and a gigantic mess
Answer:	You should look into the cat crates with multi levels (there's one made by Amazon basics and one by another company - can't remember the name - thats a bit cheaper - $70). Might be a good idea to put in some ramps between levels but since opossums are climbers, maybe not. My brother-in-law has his opossum, Pineapple, in a large cast iron bird cage (the expensive ones on wheels), but even that seemed to be a tight fit on the bottom for her. There's no way an adult opossum would be happy in this cage... Plus the wire spacing is much too tight for an opossums feet & tail to comfortably fit through in order to climb and it's much too short to allow for any real climbing. It would just be way too small for anything other than a temporary home for a baby. I haven't received mine yet, but the measurements alone tell me this cage is way too small for anything larger than a chinchilla. Those cat condos are the perfect size imo and what I wanted to get for my female rats if the spacing wasn't so wide! Plus they're really cheap. Hopefully this helps someone in the future!

Question:	Does the end close at the end on the left if your looking at the picture or do I have to buy a piece
Answer:	I used this habitat to hold our hamster while we were cleaning the larger habitat and traveling. For a small pet fancy mouse that is approximately 15-17.5 cm (6-7 in) long from nose to the tip of the tail it would probably work well in the same capacity. For a show mouse that measures 30 cm (12 in) nose to tail, it will be to small for a long periods of time. This habitat will link to other Critter Trail habitats using connecting tube accessories.

Answer:	We did connect ours in between two of the bigger cages with those tubes BUT it will be slightly off the ground - but since we had a Robo too, they are not heavy enough for that to be an issue - only issue we had was we took the blue water bottle off in the end as it tended to get the little guy soaking wet as he scrambled through the tube at that end and also dripped a bit! You can also put a couple of coasters under the cage to level it up, but we found the plastic tubes were more than strong enough for a Roborovski.

Answer:	I had this for mice and they all escaped in the same day 😒 Super disappointing. I feel like a dwarf might be able to escape, it’s possible. I ended up giving this whole cage away cause it’s not escape proof, and too small for anything else
Question:	What is the diameter of the tubes? Looking for a number. Can someone measure it
Answer:	I believe the tubes would fit a Syrian hamster, but the cage itself much too small for any type of hamster. This cage is 216 square inches. It is commonly agreed that the bare minimum recommended for both Syrian and Dwarf hamsters is 450 square inches, but bigger is always better! This cage seems like would be great for mice, but if you want a good, cheap cage for a hamster I would suggest purchasing a clear plastic bin. It's a cheap and easy option. I bought a $20 clear Christmas tree storage bin for my hamster, it's about 819 square inches. There is plenty of space and I can leave the top off for ventilation! Many commercial cages you see are far too small for hamsters, and the ones that are big enough can be very expensive. Answer:	It sounds like you're allowing your hamster to make the rules. Speak to him firmly and explain that this improper food storage is not going to be tolerated...and threaten to take away his wheel if he doesn't start complying. If that doesn't work, boarding school may be in order.
