Question: Has anybody had a problem with the battery not clicking into it's base and popping up
Answer: The problem is the spring at the bottom of the battery holder is too stiff. There are several other engineering errors in the unit, but I can't find the actual manufacturer of the units to comment directly with them. The customer service is very helpful but they didn't make the machine. All they can do is to send a replacement part or entire machine, which they did for me when mine just stopped worked after 4 or 5 uses. I suspect the electronic controle module was at fault in my first machine but there are no marking or anything identifiable on the module to replace it.. Not being that deep into electronics, I haven't been able to determine which component failed.

Answer: Assuming they haven't made any improvement in the blades, just added more power to the motor, the 1.5 amps in extra current is worth about one-fifth of an extra horsepower over the 13.5 amp model. Seems like a bit much when the price is 40% more for just a 10% increase in power. For what its worth, I own an SJ620 from 4 years back, and love it. Not sure if I would have gone for a more powerful model if it had been available at that time.
