Answer:	I bought this for a Christmas gift and haven’t given it to the person yet but I believe I read somewhere in a review that a customer was disappointed because it did not blow snow.

Answer:	A new series 100 snowblower has holes 4.5" center to center, these skid shoes are 3" center to center. If your snowblower is older, it's best to measure the bolt spacing.

Answer:	Yes they will fit that model. Mine have never slipped, but I also don't need to adjust very often. I use very hard grade 8 washers to keep them from deforming into a taco shape in the slot, and also flange head nuts to move the clamping pressure away from the slot. I have had no complaints about them slipping.

Answer:	The space is a little less than an inch and a half wide. We fit 2 iPads in one space. We can also fit our MacBook Air which is 13 inches wide.

Question:	Will this work on grass for dog paths
Answer:	I had a snowshoe path that I made for the dogs to go out on. I was able to use it on those paths.
Question:	It has not snowed yet...should I leave the batteries plugged in always or unplug when charged
Answer:	I have mine on a power strip all year and turn it on now and then that’s what the instructions till you to do
Question:	Are both of the batteries active or is one a spare
Answer:	They are both active. 2 x 24 volt batteries = 48 volts to run machine.
