Answer:	The unit carries a 4 year warranty against defects in materials, parts and workmanship, repair or replace parts or product at Greenworks discretion. The battery and charger carry a 2 year warranty.
Question:	Battery charger included
Answer:	I have been trying to purchase one of the newer models, ones manufactured in September of 2017 or later, these are the ones, according to Greenworks, that will take the 4ah battery and have the battery cover close with no luck. Greenworks in their infinite wisdom has been of no help. It seems that they kept the same model number and the only way you can tell is by opening the box and sticking the 4ah battery in the case and closing the cover. They say you can tell by the serial number, which would also require opening the box, but they could not even tell me the serial number range. So, here they have a customer who already owns some their products and they don't want to help them buy more. Very frustrating.

Answer:	I am 71 male with a bad back. Easy to push on hard surfaces (deck, conc. sidewalk) and more difficult on rough surfaces (grass, dirt, etc.). Some lifting involved in deeper snow, so maybe start before it gets 6 in. deep. Intake is 16 in. wide but may take half the width at each pass. Side venting snow R or L does not work as well as straight blowing. It is a respectable tool for the price.
Question:	How long can the batteries last for blowing
Answer:	I've been using this snowblower since Nov 2015 and love it. Today I hit a brick and the auger started vibrating heavily and was super noisy. For little while, then it went back to normal and worked amazingly for the next hour and a half. It's amazingly durable even though it's all plastic. I can't believe how awesome this thing is.

Answer:	yes, the charger is included. you might want to order a new battery though. the one that comes w/ the snowblower is a 2.5A. gives you about 25 mins. runtime. I ordered a 4.0A and it gives me about 60 mins. of runtime and I use the 2.5 if need be

Answer:	FIRST TIME plan to charge the battery overnight. After that one or 2 hours. So buy 2 batteries and learn to turn it off when you are walking back or not really working to clear snow.

Answer:	the charger does come w/ the blower. the battery that comes w/ it is a 40v, 2.5 Ah (ecosharp lite) . 20-25 min runtime. I bought an additional 40v, 4.0 Ah. runtime is 60-65 mins.

Answer:	I have a double car width driveway that fits 4-5 cars. I prefer using a 11hp gas snowblower to make quick work of it (or would even prefer using a snow shovel sled).
