Answer:	I would say save your money. I you were happy with the 18" then stick with it. The 21" seems to be underpowered for the extra added snow. In wet snow forget it, you are better off with a shovel, because the 21" with throw the snow about a foot. In dryer snow it still has its problems, again throwing the snow a short distance compared to the corded models I am use to. I don't know if the 21" has these problems because it simply takes in more snow then the 18" or if Snow Joe just made an underpowered machine.

Answer:	It is not self propelled. There is a newer model that takes two of the battery packs that looks to be self propelled and more powerful.

Answer:	This particular model does not
Question:	How does it do on the stuff the city plows into your driveway. With my toro electric (plug-in): I lift in on top (10 lbs.) turn it on and it works
Answer:	This only works well for very powdery snow, and for which it can be very useful up to around 6,' while the wetter the snow then the more it will struggle, and it will slow down and sometimes even stop with 2'' of wet snow. For slushy snow then you need to shake the blower since it usually cannot throw it. And which reduces the life of the motor and batteries, though Snow Joe has been very good at honoring their warranty (one unit quit). But battery power is simply not very strong, and even the most expensive battery (6.0, which is not what it comes with) only provides about 30-45min, and charging takes about 4 hours (including about 30 min for it to cool down before recharging). Thus you need 3 batteries to do about 90 min. of stead work, and about 10 hours before you can do it again. And the cost of all of which normally places it close to the cost of a gas blower. The best buy seems to the corded electric models, though you should have a 12/3 or at least a 14/3 cord.

Question:	where is it made
Answer:	Mine arrived with the handle attached and fully assembled. That would suggest to me they don't want you removing the handle. But, there are 4 screws, 2 on each side, that hold the handle on. They are NOT phillip's screws or slotted screws or wing nuts. You could try to remove them but again, the type of screws tells me they don't want them removed.
Question:	What's shipping package dimensions
Answer:	I purchased mine at Ace for a bit more than $50 and picked it up at the store. It is the 24 inch version of this shovel. I would not have paid $200 as Amazon is showing right now. I am very happy with mine for $50 as it really made the snow removal job much quicker and easier.

Answer:	These normally sell for about 65 dollars in hardware stores. Usually the only things this sleigh shovel is not best for is small wooden porches or breaking up ice. I use steel garden shovels to break ice. Flat fronted steel shovels usually are best (they used to call them transfer shovels or gravel shovels). Coal shovels often do not have a place to put your foot on when pushing under the sometimes frozen chunks in the ridge left at end of driveway by snowplow. It is also not the best shovel for me if I have 1 inch of snow on the cement part of my driveway. I generally use a Garant NPP21KD Nordic 21" Poly Snow Pusher that you will see elsewhere here on amazon for about 16 dollars. Sometimes I use one in each hand for extra width. This year I will probably be looking for a longer one with the U shaped handle. I only have about 13 different snow shovels and need to try another for very light snow conditions. (Snow shovels can be an addiction). I make a hobby out of doing things the easiest way possible, and not scratching the bottom of this fine sleigh shovel. You can tell how far down your cement (or packed base snow over gravel) is by briefly lifting slightly on handle and feeling the curved metal strip that protects the front lip dip down and hit the cement gently. Eventually you just know when your are going level. Warming up my gasoline snowblower before, then throwing wet snow only a few feet, then doing it again and again to get the width of driveway clean. Then cleaning the snow off afterward by digging into the front with a broom handle is a waste time and energy. Fortunately really wet snow seldom happens up here. And only happens at end of winter when one can ignore it and just 4 wheel drive through it. (And the best thing to clean the front out with is a standard rubber tipped walking cane) My electric snowblower is almost a waste of time in any wet snow. Then as always, when done, after sweeping the snow off of it I must take it in the house and let it drip dry over a pan or rags. Last time I used it was a few years ago. I am 6 foot tall and must bend over slightly to use my electric snowblower. My bad back complains after only a few minutes. But if it was a choice between it and shoveling (and throwing) the old fashioned way I would use the electric. And it stores nicely without putting fuel preservative in gas. Can be stored in basement forever. Once the ground freezes up here I pack the first 4 or 5 inches of snow on my large double wide gravel section of driveway by driving back and forth as much as needed. The ground up here stays frozen about three or four months. So I slide the sleigh shovel back and forth for maybe 4 months. Some years we do not get enough snow to bother shoveling with anything. If I am faced with wet snow in my loading area (double garage, one of my vehicles has the passenger door too close to the wall, so wife must get in truck when parked outside garage). So I often quickly hog that area out with my Wovel.

Answer:	They indicate the state of charge. If they are all “on” the battery is fully charged. After use, one or more will turn off. Charging will turn all back “on”.

Answer:	Mine came mostly assembled in a box. I had to pretty much attach the handle assembly. Do a search, there are a couple of videos on line that show you how to do it. The blower came by truck and the truck had a lift gate that lowered the blower if that's what you mean.

Answer:	It's a durable. Had for a couple of seasons now. Just shoveled over a foot in yesterday's storm without any problems.

Answer:	The angle of the handle does make the shoveling and lifting easier but be cautious with weight. The shovel isn't constructed to handle that type of weight load. The plastic handle actually snapped off in my hand and the company did not make good on the product.

Answer:	SnowPeeler has not yet been tested on rubber roof. SnowPeeler have been safely tested on shingle, metal, aluminium and tile roofs. It's important to mention there's protective pads (material = anti-friction UHMW plastic) that always leaves a 2,5'' clearance between the frame and the roof.
