Answer:	This is a wonderful portable sauna it has heat panels on both sides and in the back. It heats up quickly, stays hot for the full 30 minutes and the outer fabric is very touch. It has a wooden pole that you pull across the front once your inside to keep the sides and front from falling in on you. I use it every other day and I've had no problems with it; no weird smells, no folding in and no zipper burns (they do get warm). This portable sauna works as well as the built in one at my gym or better if you count the absence of nude gym members;D lol.

Answer:	I do it everyday or just about every other day. You can loose about 10 pounds in a month, but it varies with the individual. Infrared sauna heat penetrates directly to the source of your pain. I work just about all day and sometimes my feet/back hurt so sitting in this for 30 mins really does do wonders. I would recommend preheating for 5 mins before you decide to sit in for 30 mins.
Question:	What is actual EMF for this model
Answer:	So I have an EMF reader and tested this sauna and I can tell you it is much lower EMF then other portable saunas - which I also ordered and returned. This one I kept. The previous model the EMF were to high for my meter to read - even in the center of the unit. In this unit, the EMFs are low in the center, but they do get higher as you get closer to the panels. If you are right next to the panels (within 2-3 inches) they are still quite high. They do have a larger unit which would allow you to be further away from the sides.

Question:	I see the steam room is listed to get to 140F....How hot can I expect the infrared dry sauna to get
Answer:	I purchased the steam version, not the infrared, so my answer may not be entirely helpful. But I have been a sauna user for decades and generally infrared saunas work at lower temperatures (120˚F to 140˚F) than traditional dry Finnish-style saunas (that often operate in temps ranging from 170˚F to over 200˚F). So my guess is the 140˚F you saw was for the infrared version of this item. There are two versions for sale on this one site: a steam version and an infrared. They don't do a very good job distinguishing between the two, unfortunately. My steam version operates at just under 110˚F, which is much more typical for a steam room with 100% humidity as opposed to a dry sauna which operates at much higher temperatures. A steam room operating at 140˚F would be impossible to use. You'd be singed or scalded pretty badly very quickly. But 140˚F for an infrared sauna is perfectly fine and normal. Just make sure you're ordering the desired version--steam or infrared.

Answer:	it depends on the output hole going to the pump. Not sure of connection you have on that pool. If I were to buy again I would not purchase. It is mounted inside of pool and gets hit a lot when grandchildren are swimming and you need to reset position. I would prefer one that mounts on outside of pool. Plus I had an extra skimmer net that I placed over the trap to catch smaller items such as night flyers and other small bugs. Hopefully this helps. Good luck.

Answer:	it sets up easily enough, but it is a lousy design. there is a bar across the front you have to attach and unattach each time you get in or out, also the chair is a joke; it is extremely small and the back doesn't even stay up long enough for you to sit in it. don't deal with this company, they use poor grammer to double talk you. also trying to return and get refund is a nightmare.

Answer:	This may be 65 degrees Celsius. It gets really hot in there.

Answer:	I placed it out side otherwise it would be very wet after each use, if inside. I wipe down the inside floor after each use.
Question:	Does it include a herb box? What is the return policy
Answer:	I did not see a separate herb box. My wife boiled a mix of ginger, gilanka, lemongrass and Yanang leaves (spelling?) from Thailand for about 15 minutes which we add to the water in the steaming unit. The herbs make it big difference. You can add also a few drops if spearmint or eucalyptus)

Answer:	This may sound odd but I wear ribbed thermal underwear and socks while using it so that I don't end up laying in a big pool of sweat. Since the clothing absorbs the sweat, there is no liquid mess to deal with afterward. To clean it when I'm done, I partially unzip the blanket and leave one edge still zipped together. Then I open it up flat and wipe the entire inner surface with a damp rag first and then a dry rag. I then let it air dry for a few minutes before putting it away. The vinyl material is pretty heavy and it cleans up great.

Question:	Can I use my own dining room chair
Answer:	The height is 40 1/2" tall and only your neck and head stick out the top, so you would need to make sure the height of your dining room chair wouldn't make you too tall to do so. The folding chair that does come with it is pretty low without arm rests which make it difficult for my elderly mother-in-law to get out of so we used our own with arms and it works well for her. You may not want to put a chair made of wood in there because it gets hot and steamy which isn't a good combo for anything wood.
