Question:	Why does my sauna’s temp drop after 20 minutes of sitting in it no matter what it starts to go down? Is it broke
Answer:	Let me help you all—just dońt tell serene life. The temperature is auto regulated via a thermostat. The temperature sensor, however, is placed directly by the heating element which means, as you know, that the internal temperature never really reaches the desired setting and drops of rapidly when the heater shuts off. What I did was move the temperature sensor away from the heating element and that not only voided my warranted but it fixed the problem and made my sauna actually work as desired. Yay!
Question:	Does anyone perhaps sit on the floor so that your head is in the sauna as well? I'm thinking about improving my skin on my face. Not just sweating
Answer:	I have, but it was uncomfortable for me. Thats just me. I put a towel over my head and it works pretty good. I would be nice if SereneLife would come up with a lay down version.

1. To open the Sauna Box, put the Pe-foam on the bottom and lay the folding chair in the housing. Build the Sauna Box inside the wall to keep it standing.

2. Plug the power cord into the power socket.

3. Using the Hand-held controller to set up the time and tempreture.

4. It is suggested that pre-heat the Sauna Box and the foot pad for five minutes. Use of the footpad depends on individual preference.

5. When all the time and temp has been set up, a suggestion is to drink a cup of 300-500 cc's of water. Then sit in the Sauna, unplug and pull out the power cord.

6. Dry the water after using, open the zipper to ventilate, pack and store after heat has dissipated.

Use clean damp cloth to wipe off, and then fold. No need to wash. Don't use cleaning agents or solvents.

Answer:	I would not recommend using any steam. After approximately 7 minutes you will feel the internal sauna working! The panels on the side produce the heat which has far greater benefits than just steam. No steam necessary. During a heavy metal detox, I used the same sauna. I removed the chair and put a towel on the floor of the sauna and sat in the middle meditating with the top closed. Rarely, if ever could I make it the entire time. So far it is working great! I love my purple sparkles!

Answer:	I love this sauna and use it for detoxing. Detox is an important part of weight loss, however, I'm not sure that I'd say the sauna alone can be the one-and-only weight loss tool. You definitely sweat, which is so great for your skin, pores, and overall health.

Answer:	I believe you’re referring to what serves as the floor of the sauna. You’ll definitely want to put that in. It catches the sweat so you can mop it up easily.

Answer:	My wife and I both set it on 140 for 30 minutes and come out dripping, sometimes more and sometimes a bit less but sweat pours out of every part of the body. I am sure on 150 it would start sooner and maybe too hot for us. It takes a few minutes for the heat to build and the heaters do cycle on and off it seems to me. But I have yet to see a time when I didn't get really hot as time went by. Expecting it to be like a volcano vent and drench you with almost unbearable heat instantly is not going to be realized.

How to use it?

1. Roll out the sauna blanket and connect two wires of it with the output of the mainframe;
2. Let the client lie on the blanket and then start the operation;
3. Put through the electrical source and open the switch;
4. Press the button setting to choose the time option and set the working time of the machine;
5. Press setting button ,when the Temp 1 flashes, please press button time up and button time down to set the output temperature of OUTPUT 1, after setting the machine it can conserve the numerical value automatically;
6. Press setting button again, when the Temp 2 flashes, please press the button time up and button time down to set the output temperature of OUTPUT 2, after setting the machine it can conserve the numerical value automatically;
7. After setting the working time and output temperature, please press "S/P" button to start the machine;
8. After using, shut off the machine and cut off the electrical source;

1.The machine opens the blanket and preheat it for 5 minutes before the person enters. During the preheating process, it is possible to lay two blankets together and spread them flat.
