Just keep the cover free of any heavy objects and remove the cover pump after each use. And don't throw or toss the pump onto the cover, always gently place a cover pump onto the cover and you will be fine. I've been dealing with pool covers for 47 years. The more expensive covers don't give you any more life out of the thing.This is a no brainer. Just buy it. |

I found the original spigot not up to the quality of the barrel itself. Mold or debris can easily clog it. It is designed to have the perforated top sit under a rain downspout. Rain easily enters the barrel while large twigs/leaves do not. The only thing I have seen is when there is a downpour the water will overwhelm the grated top and some will be lost over the side of the barrel. |

The Robelle Value-Line Winter Pool Cover is a solid winter pool cover. Solid pool covers do not allow water to pass through their material. The Robelle Value-Line Winter Pool Cover features a 7 x 7 scrim. The polyethylene material used for this cover weighs 2.2 oz./yd2. The Robelle Value-Line Winter Pool Cover features an azure blue topside and a black underside. Please order by your pool size, as the overlap goes beyond the pool size listed. This cover includes a three-foot overlap. If you have a large top rail, please consider a larger pool size. This cover should be able to comfortably float on the pool water without excessive stress. This cover is not meant to be used as a debris cover during the swimming season. This winter pool cover is intended to be used during the off-season. This cover is meant for traditional above ground pools with a traditional top rail. Includes a winch and cable that should be used to secure your pool cover through the grommets around the perimeter of the pool cover. For extra securing, cover clips and cover wrap (both sold separately) are suggested for pool closing. No other method of installation is recommended. Includes an eight year warranty.

| Answer: | I live in NH and I only use this net as a cover in the winter. I also use pillows under it. The regular cover was a pain to get off so I ditched it and never looked back. (2+ years without covering) Someone mentioned the regular cover keeps the water cleaner. I didn't find that to be true, plus a shock treatment clears up any green water. |

| Answer: | no i did and leaves and dirt will build up in netting making for a mess when you do remove it remove as the last of the leaves are falling |
