Answer:	If the sunglasses frames have the same parts as eyeglasses (in particular, temple or "arms" and earpiece/temple tips), the straps can be used on sunglasses -- provided the temple tips are not unusually wide (i.e., too wide for the strap's loops). IF you have "templeless sunglasses" (no "arms" because they are supported by the bridge of the nose), then the strap cannot be used!

Answer:	I think so, haven’t done water rafting using mine, but I do plyometrics and they stay.

Answer:	I put the straps on my prescription glasses & filled a big bowl of water. Of course the glasses went below; but the straps seem to stay afloat. Did this for almost 5 minutes. The fabric is a-little thick. Hope this helps.
