Question:	The winter pill did not come with a pin or instructions. i saw others say the same thing but what worked to puncture it? so annoying
Answer:	You must use a winterizing kit. This thing will not winterize your pool because it has no chlorine and no algaecide in it. A water clarifier only works if you have the filter running. And there is no way that a few enzymes can kill organic material like chlorine and algaecide.

Answer:	Yes, just be sure to either predilute the granules using a 5gal bucket or sweep them around from sitting at the bottom, on the liner. They have a kit for up to 25k gallons I believe, not that a 30k kit would harm it, just be sure to circulate the system for complete water turnover.

Answer:	Drain the water off of the cover, remove cover. Reconnect filter. Add shock and adjust PH as required...let the filter run for an extended period of time...vac and skim as required. Take a sample of your water to a local pool supply store...they will usually test it for free. Once the water tests OK...jump in, crack open a beer and enjoy...good luck.

When you open your pool in the spring, you can vacuum the pool antifreeze or drain into the pool since it is non-toxic. Place a skimmer guard into the skimmer to help prevent ice damage that acts as an ice compensator.

Question:	The box came with no instructions. Does it matter what order thesr chemicals go in, and do you have to wait any time period before adding the next
Answer:	Live in Maine above ground with a deep end 16x32 usually winterize around 1st of October. I keep it balanced until then. After winterizing I don't cover it all winter ... freezes pretty much solid.... when it melts in April water is Crystal clear. As far as temperature before winterizing I don't dare to do it too early so it doesn't turn green before it gets cold enough to freeze... probably 55 or 60 when I do. Hope this helps

Answer:	Can not tell you if this can be use in Salt water . BUT DO NOT BUY! This was the worst kit we ever used. turned the pool into pea soup. We had to drain the whole pool.

Answer:	We bought this cover awhile ago but if I remember correctly there is a wire type rope with a wench that you thread through loops on the cover, then wench it until it's on there snuggly. I've never seen an above ground pull cover with elastic around it. Not a bad idea.
Question:	can you use it in warmer climates
Answer:	I put this on my 18X33 pool. This model is way too big for that. It would technically cover it, but it would be a lot of wasted material and you wou would have to anchor it differently. I'd look for a size closer to the 9X18.

Answer:	The box comes with written instructions on what to put in and when to add it. But you do the kit about a day before u close the pool

Answer:	At first I added half a bag, then tested the water the next day. then I added a whole bag due to my tap water to get it at the right levels, then for maintenance about 1/3 of a bag depending on how much swimming and people in the pool.
