Answer:	Jeez. All pool cleaners get jammed every once and a while from debris, leaves, twigs being sucked into the mechanism. If you're going to buy and use your own equipment, you need to learn how to clean out anything it sucked up. With my pine trees, I might have to clean it once a week. To the other people replying--don't blame the product if you don't know how to use it. And yes, if you can't figure out how to clean it, do take it to a pool store. They'll probably show you for free, so great advice from the vendor. Yup, you do have to change the oil in your car, clean your furnace filter, and unclog your drains every once in a while.

Answer:	Has never worked on my above ground pool. I have an Intex 18x52 round with the pump provided with that model. It should have worked. Bought it September 2019. I think I’m just missing something. Had to adapt it to even hook it up and now it just sits on the bottom. Will try again when it gets warmer.

Answer:	It sweeps the bottom very well but it doesn’t go up the walls. If you have lifted drain covers on the bottom of your pool it often gets stuck on them, I’ve adjusted the weights on the hose so many times and I still haven’t had very much luck with getting them exactly right to stop getting stuck on the drain covers.
Question:	Are there any drawbacks to using a 4 wheeler in a small pool (15,000 gallons) rather than the 2 wheeler
Answer:	Not in my opinion. The 4 wheel is said to climb walls better, but really neither one climbs that well. Not like a Kreepy Krawly. However, the 4 wheel seems to have more stability and not get stuck on its side (from reviews). My friend has a 2 wheel 15 x 30 pool. I have a 16 x 32 with a deep end. Apparently the 4 wheel does better in deep water. I think either one would work for you.

Answer:	No these robotic units do not connect to the pool they are different than the side suctions units, there is no booster pump they run on a power cord that is supplied. I have been using this unit only for a few weeks and it cleans well, I had a polaris 280 before. The plus is there is no cord to deal with in the pool, the down side is you have to take it in and out the pool and store it when it is not in use.

Answer:	I had a Tigershark and the basket was a pain in the butt to clean. It also would let a lot of debri back in the pool when you pulled it out. I also had the motor go out and then the next year it stopped working. It came out when everyone else was using cloth bags to catch debri. At that time the Tiger Shark was the king but there are better designed models out there unless Hayward re-designed the unit.

How long can I leave my Dolphin in the pool?

We recommend taking your Dolphin out of the pool after each use to empty and rinse the filters and to rinse off any excess chemicals. It is ideal to keep your Dolphin out of the pool and stored away when not in use. If your Dolphin has a weekly scheduler, you can keep it in your pool for a week, but you will need to make sure the filter is cleaned.

How to set the weekly timer

When the power supply is switched on, you can press the weekly timer button to select one of the following cleaning schedules for the week ahead: One click: The robot will automatically work every day for a full cycle. This cycle will have the robot clean seven times in a week. Two clicks: The robot will automatically work every other day for a full cycle; that is four times in a week. Three clicks: The robot will automatically work every three days; that is three times in a week. A fourth click will cancel the cleaning schedule program. After selecting one of the schedule options, the robot will start to operate at the next occurrence of the programed start time. If the robot is working in the weekly timer mode, the weekly timer button will constantly blink between cycles. At the end of the week, the power supply will automatically switch off and you will need to reschedule the robot.

How to take the robot out of the pool?

Gently pull on the blue floating cable to bring your Dolphin to the edge of the pool. Once your Dolphin is in reach, grasp the handle to pull the robot out of the water. Place the robot on the edge of the pool to let the remaining water drain out. Do not pull the Dolphin out of the water using the cable.

How to clean the filters

Cleaning the filters are simple. Just remove the filter(s) from the robot, release the latch to let the dirt and debris fall out, and then hose off any remaining debris. Do not let the filters dry out before cleaning them. Clogged filters reduce the effectiveness of the cleaning. We suggest cleaning your filters every two months. Bag filters can be washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees, using a synthetic wash cycle, and allow to air dry. Cartridge filters can be clean in the dishwasher at 30 degrees. Although the filters may look clean, small particles may dry into the filter material and clog the filters.

Answer:	280 has two jet nozzles while the 380 has three. Also the 280 is driven by gears while the 380 is belt driven. A high maintenance item from my experience. I have owned both and the 280 will out last the 380 twice as long by my experience.

Question:	What do you do with the hose when not in use
Answer:	We put this into the pool and it stays there. We don't take it out so there is no problem with the hose. If you have trouble swimming when it's in the pool we detach the hose from the side of the pool connection and the suction will hold the hose to the wall out of the way.
Question:	I have a shelf around the sides of the pool, Can it get over that and go up the side
Answer:	My pool isn't built with a shelf like yours, so I don't know if it can or not. I can tell you that it has managed to climb up on a step a time or two, but those have been the exception and not the rule.

Answer:	They denied my rebate request when I tried a year ago. Said the Amazon price was what it would have been if I bought it at a brick and mortar store and got the rebate.

Took 10 minutes with 3 screws. But I have far more debris falling into my pool than any other pool I’ve seen. Best vacuum I’ve had so far, of about 5.

Answer:	I live in Florida where the cleaner runs 5-6 hours per day 365 days per year and a scrub disk last at least three years. Save your money and wait until you need a new one and you can get it cheaper buying it by itself than the cleaner with an extra scrub disk package deal.
Question:	Can I replace a G2 with a G3 without any special modifications? Are they interchangeable
Answer:	You should be able to replace the G2 with the G3, with out problems.However, check the hose weight placement on the first hose BEHIND the G3 and check the suction at the end of the LAST hose, before attaching the G3. If you want a WONDERFUL addition, and I would HIGHLY recommend it, buy the TWISTER and add it between the first and second hose sections at the wall or basket strainer connection. It will COMPLETELY eliminate the hose curling and allow the vacuum to access ALL point of the pool. Even the STEPS!! It's wonderful!

Answer:	yes hoses come with - our pool 21ft wide and 42 ft long - needed to purchase extra for the cleaner to reach whole pool - however can always leave at one end one day and switch it to the other end later or next day - cleaner is a work horse!
