Answer:	I live in Florida where the cleaner runs 5-6 hours per day 365 days per year and a scrub disk last at least three years. Save your money and wait until you need a new one and you can get it cheaper buying it by itself than the cleaner with an extra scrub disk package deal.
Question:	Can I replace a G2 with a G3 without any special modifications? Are they interchangeable
Answer:	You should be able to replace the G2 with the G3, with out problems.However, check the hose weight placement on the first hose BEHIND the G3 and check the suction at the end of the LAST hose, before attaching the G3. If you want a WONDERFUL addition, and I would HIGHLY recommend it, buy the TWISTER and add it between the first and second hose sections at the wall or basket strainer connection. It will COMPLETELY eliminate the hose curling and allow the vacuum to access ALL point of the pool. Even the STEPS!! It's wonderful!

Answer:	Jeez. All pool cleaners get jammed every once and a while from debris, leaves, twigs being sucked into the mechanism. If you're going to buy and use your own equipment, you need to learn how to clean out anything it sucked up. With my pine trees, I might have to clean it once a week. To the other people replying--don't blame the product if you don't know how to use it. And yes, if you can't figure out how to clean it, do take it to a pool store. They'll probably show you for free, so great advice from the vendor. Yup, you do have to change the oil in your car, clean your furnace filter, and unclog your drains every once in a while.

Answer:	I think it would pick it up. The only question would be if the silt was so fine it might actually go through the filter back into the fountain. If this happened, you don't have to drain the water back into the fountain.. just hold all the water / silt in the catch tube and then drain it on the ground. Hope this helps.
Question:	Could this be used in a kiddie pool? Or must the shamber be submerged fully in water in order to suck up debris
Answer:	It's not really designed to be used in shallow water. The chamber "sucks" better the deeper it is submerged. If you were to lay it on its side in a kiddie pool, and it's underwater, it will pull water (and debris) into it but not with much force. If it's 1-3 feet or more underwater it has a lot of pull. For your kiddie pool this is probably not so much bang for your buck. But then again I'm not sure what would work better for cheaper. Good luck.

Answer:	Only if the fountain is deeper than the large part of the unit and the area to be cleaned is small. The cleaning vacuum is of very short duration.
Question:	How do i remove the filter to clean it
Answer:	The bottom plastic screws off so that the dirty filter can be cleaned. Just use a water hose to wash it out. A tip...keep it straight up while doing so or your dirt will get in the barrel and you will have to clean that too...a minor thing, just wash it out (but I try not to make extra work). It is a nifty gadget...simple concept, inexpensive.

Answer:	We use it for my husband to transfer from his wheelchair to the car and back. You place on end of the board on the car seat and one end under the person in the wheelchair and they slide across. This size is great! We previously had a 24 inch board and it was just a little short -- you had to get the placement just right.

The Vacuum / Vac Lock is a safety mechanism designed with a spring action cover which holds the pool cleaner hose in place and will snap close the suction fitting automatically when not in use. Answer:	It has a rubber type hose, float clamps that you can adjust to your needs. Highly recommended!

Answer:	It sweeps the bottom very well but it doesn’t go up the walls. If you have lifted drain covers on the bottom of your pool it often gets stuck on them, I’ve adjusted the weights on the hose so many times and I still haven’t had very much luck with getting them exactly right to stop getting stuck on the drain covers.
Question:	Are there any drawbacks to using a 4 wheeler in a small pool (15,000 gallons) rather than the 2 wheeler
Answer:	Not in my opinion. The 4 wheel is said to climb walls better, but really neither one climbs that well. Not like a Kreepy Krawly. However, the 4 wheel seems to have more stability and not get stuck on its side (from reviews). My friend has a 2 wheel 15 x 30 pool. I have a 16 x 32 with a deep end. Apparently the 4 wheel does better in deep water. I think either one would work for you.

Answer:	I cannot say for sure. I have two sets of steps in my pool with 6 inch risers. Only rarely have my cleaner climbed the bottom steps. It may be because the steps are curved and the suction does not work. It routinely climbs 5 feet up the vertical, straight walls to the water line. I can tell you the cleaner is terrific and keeps my pool nice and clear of debris on the bottom.
