Question:	Can you wash the pump filter? and How often do you need to change the filter out and put int new one
Answer:	Yes, you can wash the filter. I usually use the flat stream on my hose setting. I do this once a week so I get 3 to 4 weeks out of a filter.
Question:	How level should the place be ? I want to put it on backyard its level for the most part but has gradual highs and lows , may be 8" difference
Answer:	It has to be level, but it won't hurt if you have a slight slope away from the house. I leveled an area that has a 1/4-1/2 inch slope pointing away from the house. In the event something happens and 1,718 gallons of water come pouring out, it's best that water goes away from the house.
Question:	Does it use chemicals
Answer:	Any pool will need to use some form of chemical to keep the water free of things living in it. This pool comes with a simple non-chemical filter.
Question:	how many adults fit comfortably in this pool
Answer:	We have about 50 adult tilapia fish (10 inches, two to three pounds) in this pool at the moment. It will hold about 160 or so eventually. Tongue in cheek answer. I tried but just couldn't resist.

The pool pump has to be on when the saltwater system is on. The saltwater system has a timer on it. You set the timer to run so many hours depending on the size of your pool. A 15' by 42" pool, the saltwater should be set for 3hours, usually after the sun sets so the chlorine will stay in the water longer. The saltwater pump will come on everyday at the same time. It only needs reset if for some reason it gets shut off.When the saltwater pump is not making chlorine the water simply flows through it and into the pool. My saltwater pump lasted about 9 years and it left the water crystal clear. Had to put 100 pounds of pool salt in at beginning of each season. Make sure the pool pump has been running about 1 day before setting the timer on saltwater pump. I always ran the pool pump 24/7. No problem with pool pump either. Just change filters about every few weeks.

Answer:	We had a 16' round intex pool for 7 years. It gets to 110 degrees in the summer and 23 degrees in the winter. We never took it down in winter. Always keep water in it. We just cover the pump to protect it from the rain and freeze with old blankets and tarp. The only reason we are replacing is we want a bigger one, just ordered the 16 x 32, and we did not cover much in summer so over the years the top edge looks like it is deteriorating. When we took it down and cut it up to dispose of it, we found the top lip looked bad but was still very strong so probably could last a few more years. I have had pools before and it seems like if I did take down for the winter, when I put back up in spring, there were leaks. So I think they last much better if you leave it up and full, just cover and protect the pump for the winter.

Answer:	Ive had my handme down pool set up near 5 yrs, making it 6 . I leave it filled below returns all winter. I did cut in full size skimmers and returns bought on Amazon and 16 inch sand filter system. Freaking perfect. Its now rusting on the upper legs, so ill replace with 16x32 in spri g. Yes, you can cut in full size skimmers and a larger return. I plumbed it myself in hard pipe rather than garbage flex. Just put in unions so i can winterize it.

Answer:	It sure does! Yet there are no plugs to keep the water from spilling out if you aren’t using a filter pump - and even then, the pump we ended up buying only has ONE hose for the outlet, so still have a hole without a plug. Impossible to use!!

Answer:	i would strongly recommend both. Most local/major hardware stores have test strpps that you just dip in for the recommended time and then compare that to the package to evaluate chemical needs. Tarp little bigger than the pool is a good idea for a cover.

Answer:	As per VM Express which I just spoke with on the phone, this pool does NOT come with a salt water system, only sand filter system as the description says but one can be purchase and added (currently $189 to $209). You will need the larger system for this size pool, the pump that comes with this pool has the proper flow rate for the salt system to be installed.
Question:	Does this include saltwater system with the sand filter
Answer:	This pool does NOT come with a salt water system. I just got off the phone with VM Express and they pulled the model number and it only comes with the sand system. I unfortunately already bought this pool and it will be delivered tomorrow, I bought it thinking it was a salt water system because of Suzettes answer and an up vote on it. According to the seller it does NOT have the salt system.

Answer:	Yes. If it fits behind your ladder, it will absolutely get tangled. Has happened many times. I am thinking of attaching a cross-bar that runs from the ladder to the pool wall to stop the robot from going behind.

Answer:	My pool is 15 x 30 and it cleans it pretty well. It may miss a spot here and there but this product is so worth the money.

How long can I leave my Dolphin in the pool?

We recommend taking your Dolphin out of the pool after each use to empty and rinse the filters and to rinse off any excess chemicals. It is ideal to keep your Dolphin out of the pool and stored away when not in use. If your Dolphin has a weekly scheduler, you can keep it in your pool for a week, but you will need to make sure the filter is cleaned.

How to take the robot out of the pool?

Gently pull on the blue floating cable to bring your Dolphin to the edge of the pool. Once your Dolphin is in reach, grasp the handle to pull the robot out of the water. Place the robot on the edge of the pool to let the remaining water drain out. Do not pull the Dolphin out of the water using the cable.

How to use the power supply

Make sure the power supply is placed at least 12 feet from the edge of the pool. Connect the floating cable to the power supply, align the lug on the connector with the notch of the plug on the power supply, then turn clockwise. Press the ON/OFF button on the power supply to begin cleaning. The power supply for your Dolphin is not waterproof- it is water resistant. When in use, make sure it was either stored on the caddy or far away from the pool, so it does not get pulled in. Always use an electrical outlet protected with a Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI) device; this will protect your Dolphin from surges in power. Do not use an extension cord or surge protector to power your Dolphin.

How to store/roll/operate cable

When you Dolphin is in use, only release enough of the cable for your Dolphin to properly cover your pool. Leave the excess cable loosely rolled outside of the pool. When storing your Dolphin on a caddy, carefully wrap the cable so it does not have any kinks and place it around the top of the caddy. Once a week, unplug the cable from the power supply and unwind the tangled portions of the cable, straighten it out and leave in the sun for a few hours. This will help remove any tangling or kinks.
