Question:	How frequently does the flapper need replaced
Answer:	I my opinion, it would be safe to say probably every year at least check it. Then replace if needed. When I replaced mine it made a huge difference in the way it worked. The chlorine is tough on the part plus this is the only part in motion in the Kreepy.
Question:	replaced all parts except flapper and crawler barely moves will this do the trick pool pump if working fine
Answer:	I can only say, "maybe". I have the same problem, and my flapper was pretty worn. I changed it and the crawler worked better for a time, just a couple months, now I am having trouble again. It did fix my problem for a while - if it is your only problem, you will probably be ok.

Answer:	I don't know. I do not own Kreepy
Question:	How does one get the old foot pad off
Answer:	I used flathead screwdriver to get old one off. Be careful as the foot slides over a tab to hold in place. Don’t pry it there. Also I had a heck of s time getting the new one on. After spending 1 1/2 hrs working on it because the housing fits tight around it. THEN I figured out to loosen the ring at the head of the housing ( where house connects to unit). This will allow you to move the housing away from foot and it will go on much easier!
