Answer:	After 20+ years of battling scorpions in Phoenix, this product stands head and shoulders above anything else I've used. I even applied it to the outside of our house on one weekend afternoon and 2 hours later we had a torrential downfall (monsoon). The application still totally did it's job, as I found a plethora of dead scorpions the next morning from the treatment. Since it had dried before the rain, it was essentially still in-tact despite the downpour and did it's job. Great stuff, far superior to anything else I've ever tried on scorpions. Highly recommended.
Question:	will this work for fleas
Answer:	I only used it for scorpions and cockroaches and it worked. To me this product is the atomic bomb of all creatures and I would try it for fleas too. It worked for months after I used it. Once it's dry it's safe for pets to step on the spot you sprayed on. Use gloves when you mix it and keep pets and kids away from the room you spray in until it's dry. It has little to no odor.
Question:	This has not been effective for ants. They will avoid the area, or simply walk over it in a week. What other insecticide works better for ants
Answer:	Greg, In general its not a wise choice to spray any kind of concentrate for ants. The reasons are many but the big one is that they can detect most any active. And once they detect it, they'll stay off the treated surface and avoid where its been applied. This will usually force them elsewhere and essentially complicate the situation. And since the ants you see represent less 10% of the local nest, even if you did kill all the ones you see it wouldn't solve the problem. So what do you do? Well for starters, don't spray inside the home. Instead use a bait. Something like Maxforce Ant Gel or Optigard Ant Gel. These options will readily be accepted by any foraging ant and within a few days, be brought back to their nest and once ingested, kill a bunch of the colony. At the same time you should spray the homes exterior with a "non repellent" active such as Phantom, Optigard Flex or Dominion. These actives won't be detectable by the ants and in turn, they'll readily walk over the treatment. This will allow them to "transfer" the active to other members of their colony so when the active finally does "kicks in" and goes to work, it will kill most if not the entire nest. That will usually happen in 3-4 days following the initial application. The good news is any ants surviving this will in turn know to stay away from the old ant trails for fear of something "bad" in the area so even if you don't kill them all, the non repellents will usually take care of the problem by forcing them elsewhere. THE POWER OF CEDAR OIL. Cedar oil affects octopamine, which is essential to life for pheromone-driven pests (like fleas and ticks) as it is responsible for regulating heart rate, movement and behavior in insect pests. Cedar oil blocks the octopamine neurotransmitter receptors in pests, causing pests to be repelled from the area. When contacted, pests suffocate and die. Mammals, birds, fish, amphibians and beneficial, sight-driven insects are not affected by cedar oil because they do not have octopamine neurotransmitters.

Answer:	Not sure about this, but I know down here in Louisiana, Termiticide/Termidor works great. I spray 3 acres about every 2 or 3 years and NO fire ants. Don't treat individual hills, treat your entire yard. It's the best $50/$60 bucks you'll spend and save you $ in the long run.
Question:	I live in an apartment building with roaches coming from other apartments...Will this work and is it easy to use
Answer:	I live on 3+ acres, 2500+ square feet home and it works very well if you spray it like you're supposed to, at least once a month on all window sills and doorways inside and outside. An exterminator recommended this and I have used it for over 10 years.
Question:	does this help with Frogs
Answer:	I've never heard of a Frog invasion. It will however kill some of their food source as in insects or repel them. That might help move a frog population out of your area if by using this or other insecticides it removes the food the frog eats in general. We have tree frogs...adorable as they are and as much as I love tree frogs they have become annoying enough that I no longer worry about taking their food source away. (Example YOU MUST lift every cushion and pillow on outdoor furniture EVERY TIME you want to sit down because the little frogs hide in them. Also our cat's won't eat the frogs we think but they love to go after them and we've had numerous episodes of trying to catch the frog or cat from mixing together. So yes Frogs can be pests or at least the little tiny tree frog thats the only species in the NW Rockies to West Coast area. Having said that...WE like these frogs and know they do their share of insect control. So we just don't encourage them and this product may or may not harm these tiny little reptiles. However we had an infestation of harvest ants that actually caused major damage to our third floor roof and attic area in the insulation. (An EPA Sealed ROOF in 2012. So last thing we want is this insulation being messed with or the sealing broken down which the ants actually did.) So we have to take measures to prevent future ants from returning by spraying the outside walls of the house where they were actively traveling from ground to third story eves and entering somehow up there. We are fogging the attic two to three times a year now too. I'd say this is not for Frogs and as directives state it is against the law to use the product for other than listed...insects yes...Frogs no! But that does not mean there can't be circumstances to Frogs despite following the proper rules of use. In otherwords...back to kill frogs food source and Frog's probably will move away.

Question:	can you just unscrew the cap and use a regular spray head on the bottle
Answer:	I had an indoor flea problem. I didn't use this stuff but I bombed the entire house with a bug bomb. I may have even used two. It did nothing. I ended up using diatomaceous earth and it took a while and a few applications but it knocked them gone. I love this stuff. It is so safe to use, I was even able to put in bottom of our bunny cages (who were suffering from the fleas).

Answer:	The 12 month claim is associated with ants, roaches and spiders. Spray it once a year and it is guaranteed to keep them out. It also kills many other listed bugs but the 12 month claim does not apply to them.

Answer:	Just to be on the safe side, I would make sure pets and infants aren't in the treated area, when actually being treated. However, I haven't seen any side effects in my dog.

Answer:	I do not know what Boxelder bugs are. We used it for household insects like, earwigs, any outside bugs that come in the house as we live on acreage. Sorry that I do not know what Boxelder bugs are.

Answer:	We use the product for biting flies and mosquito's only. Don't have black widows in our area.

Answer:	What will you be using it for? I had to double the amount it said, so I'm not sure about it. Didn't seem to work at all the next year. I was trying to get rid of Carp. bees. I found that they started to carry a liquid at Lowe's which I now use.

Question:	Does this work for clover mites
Answer:	Ultracide is only for surfaces in the home, including carpet, hard floors and furniture areas you don't touch or get your face close to so as to inhale it. After it is dry, and the air is clear of fumes, pets and people can return to treaed areas. (20 minutes-ish?) It is a very effective immediate poison to insects plus leaves a residue that keeps newly hatched ones from growing for several months if not washed (shampoed or mopped) off. It is ALSO very poisonous if put on mammals like pets and people! Read the can! To get fleas off baby kittens and pups, wash gently with warm water and soap. Dish soap is great. This mainly just stuns fleas so they can be flushed off, so wash them all the way down the drain because they wake up and are good as new quickly. Wash or change their bedding very hot to get rid of eggs every day. Capstar (Nitepyrm) and Program (Lufenuron) are safe for kittens in food at only a few weeks of age, and the Capstar kills while the Program prevents newly hatched insects from growing. These two products are safer than drops or topicals, and the bugs don't develop resistance to them like topical products. In combination, they are about foolproof. These are fed to the pet and the ingredients are only poisonous to insects, not mammals. You get them at the vet, or by the generic names online. (usually in bulk)
Question:	Can the be used on orchids
Answer:	Id like to believe so. But it kills the fleas for sure up to 7+ months. Not immeadiatly because they have many eggs and etc, but definitly in a month or so .

Answer:	Definitely vacuume first. At least I always do. And I also moved all the furniture. Maybe I went a tad overboard but the fleas all disappeared after 3 days or so. I spray her bedding now too, after a good wash, and I haven't seen any since May when I bought this stuff.

Answer:	I usually wait half a day like I'll put it at 8 and come back home around 5. Just to be sure .. sometimes I don't come home till the next day

Answer:	I cannot say anything about the ants but I managed to exterminate cocroaches who are the great survavals. The substance have no smell and did not influence the state of health anyway ,though I used it all around the kitchen floor in all the corners and crevices.Nither of my family members complained. I had to repeat the spraying a couple of times until all the disabled creatures died out. I think that the substunce is magic. Very glad that I was recomended to use it.
