However, in looking at the item listed as 'Chapin 20020" there is a differnce in the wand tip, the spray lever does not lock 'on' (looks like there is a place for piece of plastic to slide for locking), and there may be a few other differences. It may be that Chapin uses the same tank and takes away some bits of plastic to make stripped down models.

Answer:	This is NOT the right model for spraying sealers and/or stains. The correct models are 25010, 25012, 25020, and 30600. See the Chapin website.

Answer:	It will vary based on the product you are using so read the directions carefully for every product you spray. But in general, 1 gallon for 1,000 sq. ft. That said, I just used it on a lawn bowling green which is about 14,000 sq. ft. The pesticide I used said 1 gallon to cover 1,000 sq. ft. That would have been 12 gallons to cover the green, but when I had finished I used half that amount. This may have been because I walked too fast (I walked about the pace I do when I spread fertilizer). So, depending on how fast you walk, how comprehensive you want your coverage to be, and what the pesticide label suggest, I would say 1 gallon covers at least 1,000 sq. ft and at most 2,000 sq. ft. I also recommend using a dye/colorant so you can tell where you have sprayed and how think the coverage is.

Answer:	The device makes a beeping tone about every 30 seconds. I can't answer the distance question. I can't hear it in the house with the doors and windows closed. I can hear it with the door or window open. The device is 5 feet from the window and 10 feet from the door. I don't know how far away I would have to move it in order to not hear it.

Answer:	Yes, they are waterproof.

Answer:	No it does not. I returned mine after attempting to use for groundhogs.. did not work.
