If you want a 1500 Lumen flashlight, it may not last as long if you are lost in the woods. You can get one for $80+ but it may go out if needed for long periods... Therefore, I would suggest that you have the TacLight for navigating on your path and keep the brighter flashlight if you need to signal a boat or helicopter for help. Two or three flashlights are better than depending on a single source... Make sure they are of good quality and water resistant! Different flashlights are designed for different purposes.
