I did not rinse out the tray, but I did add additional drops of the liquid borax both are on and around the area that the ants make their path. Sometimes the ants did not want to climb on the tray so I put some drops around the tray and the ants seem to eat far more from these areas. It’s all about getting the ants to carry the largest amount of the Borax back to the ant nest so it will kill the Queen Ant and larva. After 5-10 Days you will think it is not working, but by 15 Days I noticed drastically less ants. It’s been 4 weeks now and NO ants at all.
