Answer:	You can definitely apply these to your kiddie pool. You can take it out when the children are in the water if you do not want them handling it. Simply drop it back in when your kids are done playing. We do this at my home with our sons water table.

Answer:	I drop one of these into the water that I collect through my rain barrels. Once my rain barrels/containers that are connected to my downspouts fill up, I transfer the water to trash barrels that I then use to water my outside hanging plants and flower beds to allow my rain barrels to continue to collect more water. Because these barrels are not air tight, mosquitoes can find their way in. This prevents mosquitoes from breeding in the standing water.
Question:	Where can I place these if i have no standing water in my backyard or front yard and how many for a total 1/4 acre
Answer:	I think they're designed to solve the problem of mosquitoes breeding in standing water. If you don't have standing water, you don't have the problem these were designed to solve. Some mention putting out buckets of water etc. I believe that's just creating a problem so you can solve it. It's not like this stuff attracts mosquitoes, causing them to nosedive into the water and die. :) Maybe Permithrin would help? If you get the 36.8% concentrate, it's pretty economical and seems to help. I'm in Florida though so no matter how much I spray, they just keeping moving/blowing in. And the rain washes it away. So in the rainy season it's an ongoing battle. As are the fire ants.

Answer:	Hi I just saw your question, and i have a way these work for my plants. I use gallon milk jugs and put 1/4 of a mosquito dunk in each. For a small sprayer you'd only needed a small piece, but just spraying your plants or the top of the soil won't kill the larvae. You'll need to water each plant with the treated water to effectively eradicate the gnats. I've found that the small piece that I use lasts for a month, and i just write the date on a piece of masking tape attached it to the jug. I'm not 100% sure, but with these being made up of live bacteria, I don't cap the jugs. Idk if they require air, but I don't want to mistakenly kill those. I hope this helps!

Answer:	This unit says it runs off 110V/60Hz of power. My best reply to this question would be that it would vary depending on the amount your zapper would be utilized. So if you have a large amount of bugs that are entering your zapper it’s going to be higher then the occasional insect. Also as to how long you run the unit would determine consumption. Do you only turn the unit on at night, does it run all day? I can’t imagine this being a huge amount of power consumption and I wish I could have a better answer for you, but I really can only say this would vary from customer to customer. I personally have not seen a huge variance since I started using this product almost 2 months ago. Hope that helps.

How to used The Bug Zapper?



1. Suggested suspension height: keep the product hanged at a height of 1.2 m at a distance of 0.3m from the wall and power on. Turn off all strong lighting for 10 - 20 minutes, allow more time. It will take some time for insects to find the unit and also for there to be an impact on their reproductive cycle.



2. The Bug Zapper is designed to attract and kill a wide range of flying insects, use a 15W ultraviolet light attracts mosquitoes gnats, flies, moths, etc., into light and instantly eliminates them as soon as they contact the electrically charge grid.



3. Dead insects drop into the removable collection tray in the bottom of the unit, just disassemble the tray to clean the insect bodies and easy to assemble it back. The small brush makes cleaning more faster and convenient.



4. Store in garage, shed, basement, within original box or similar size box to protect for next season.

Question:	Bug zapper, Does it have a warranty
Answer:	I might of had the same issue of not knowing when I bought it. So what I did was I checked the number of BF-35 and then I looked at the prongs and checked if it was the same as the original. It fit perfect and worked well. Not a very scientific way to check but hope it helps.
Question:	Does mosquito killer work with a attractant
Answer:	I have mine mounted under the overhang of my "backyard" shop to draw the insects away from my patio. Some do mount them on a pole in the open though.
Question:	Outdoor mosquito zapper, is it safe to leave on all the time
Answer:	I used the mosquito attractant and it still did not trap any mosquitos. It got a lot of moths, but I don't think it got a single mosquito. - central Virginia
Question:	Outdoor bug zapper, should the light come in as soon as we plug it in
Answer:	Butterflies and most dragonflies are to big to fit past the grate to the killing zone. Maybe a small moth but not a butterfly. The only reason a bee will get zapped is if you bait it with pollen, I'm sure you won't do that.
