I haven't used my picnic backpack yet, but I think it is a really nice thing to have when you are traveling. I would think that you could send a note to the people you ordered it from and tell them you didn't have plates, I would think they should replace it for the same price, it seems like they are responsible since you don't have a complete set.

Answer:	I don’t have the product with me as I bought it as a gift. But going by memory and looking at the pictures, I’d say that the board is between 5”x5” to 6”x6”. The product description says that the bag bag is 10” wide (if looking at its front), so with the board at the center and a couple of inches or so on each side, you’d have the board be between 5” and 6” wide. Answer:	This great French Inspired wine tote is awesome.The glasses are plastic, the knife is fine to cut soft cheese only and the board is just a board, nothing special. The stopper is a beautiful cast of the Eiffel Tower but , we always finish the bottle so it’s just a decoration for us. My Husband sanded the board as it was kind of rough and would splinter, then I sealed it with EVOO. Overall this great tote will last us for years to come. It also has room for he bottle of wine as well as sandwiches or fruits and cold drinks.
