I purchased the pillow for an extra wide chair whose pillow no longer worked (velcro was shot and elastic was stretched). It works very well for my chair, though it is a tight fit and not adjustable. But it works and does what it needs to do! I think it would be a better fit on a standard width chair. I use my chair often - to do foot massage and also often take it when traveling since I have a hard time sleeping in strange beds. Was very glad to get the little pillow fixed! Hope this helps! It does work just fine for me!
