Answer:	I am very sorry to hear your items are cracking and tearing with minimal use, Mel. Unfortunately, these items do not come with a warranty outside of our 90 day return policy. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

Answer:	The one I received is 48” length, 25” width and 18” height.
Question:	what is the size
Answer:	Brian - The cover is in storage at this moment. I measured the table that it was supposed to fit. Here are the table dimensions - 45" long X 19.25" wide X 18" tall. The cover was so large that I had to buy furniture risers (at a big box store) that were 6" tall. I set the table on the risers and the cover just barely hit the level of the deck. I hope this helps answer your question.

Answer:	It folds easily & although I haven't really measured it I would say about 2x3 feet and about 6 inches thick.

Answer:	We bought these in August 2014 and although it hasn't been 2 years, I have been impressed with how the cover is holding up. We live in Colorado and enjoy wide weather swings from bitterly cold to hot with heavy UV rays. I checked the cover out this morning and the seams still appear well intact and the fabric remains stable and durable. I'm certainly glad I purchased the table cover and when it finally wears out, I will certainly buy it again. I thought the price and quality were very good. Hope this helps.
Question:	will the cover fit a 28Dx44Hx21H table
Answer:	We purchased ours in May 2018 and it already has several rips across the cover. We live in Colorado so it does have a cold dry climate during the winter. I'm not sure what the limited warranty covers though.

Question:	Do you make a smaller one? 15 in high by 20 inch diameter
Answer:	You can hook up the hot water or the cold. You could put a T in and hook up both lines, might be to much pressure on the bidet system.

Answer:	A flyer with the product gave a phone number of 1-888-281-8150 and an email of [email protected]. They say also if you send them your order number they will add an additional 3-year warranty. It took me three calls to get someone to answer the phone number and when they did it was fairly clear that they were not an employee of the company but only there to take and forward messages. The product instructions also included an email address of [email protected] but did not say what to used it for.
Question:	My table's diameter is 31.5". Does anyone know if the medium sized (30") cover has some wiggle room and could fit my table
Answer:	The bumpers attach to the toilet seat, not the toilet bowl, learned this the hard way, not in the instructions. I found it works best to place 3 bumpers near the front of the toilet seat, 2 on the side without the control, and 1 near the control. Make sure they touch down on the rim of the bowl. After placing, sit on the seat for 2-3 minutes to firmly attach the bumpers to the seat.
Question:	Colors of ottoman cover available
Answer:	Only when you adjust the placement of the bidet during install. At first, I set it up in roughly the middle but then pushed it all the way back toward the tank because the front wash was spraying out! Now it’s just right. The nozzles are not adjustable but where you install the unit makes a difference! Hope this helps.

Answer:	My table was 70.8"l x 45"w x 29"h and the cover fit exactly. So, since your table is only 60"long, it will be little saggy. Be aware of that. Otherwise it is a great quality cover. Good luck!

Answer:	This is a fitted cover meant to cover a 36-38 diameter table. The piped circle is 38 inches across and the vertical drape from that circle of is 24 inches down. While that's enough material to throw over a 54 inch table, it will not fit properly at all. I would order a 54 inch fitted size.
Question:	Is this cover suitable for winter protection
Answer:	The cover material is durable and the heavy fabric is waterproof, so I’d assume it could stand up to winter (we don’t have snow here, though). It is open at the bottom, if that makes a difference, but can be cinched up a bit.
