Answer:	I'd say it is a bit loud when it's raining hard, but I love the sound. It's relaxing and meditative!

Answer:	There was one screw I couldn't insert in the top cupola because the holes were not completely aligned, so a tiny bit of water leaked through there. Also, a little bit of water came through the gaps where a slot in the panels leave a thin gap. So I put some caulk in those places. Other than that, water does not go through the roof seams at all.

Answer:	It's 12 ft wide but it's a hexagon so it's quite a bit bigger area inside then a square. It's really nice for the price and adds quite a bit of class to my glamping situation.

Question:	Am I buying a gazebo or chairs? Most of the questions refer to chairs and cushions, but listing is for a gazebo
Answer:	I live in Maryland where the seasons change frequently. I've only had the gazebo up for about a month but I've been through all types of weather from winds (up to 30-40 mph gusts) to snow (so far only 12"). Every so often during heavy gusts, you may have to re-clip the top cover or put alligator clips if the winds are bad. When we have snow, I brush the top off by smacking the canopy every day or when I step outside. When it rains, a little water comes in since it's only water resistant. So far, this is lasting way longer than the cheaper versions I purchased. I aslo suggest to get some type of thread lock to ensure the bolts don't come undone during these wind gusts (I live an area with no wind protection so I constantly get lateral movement).

Answer:	It's holding up great during this awful Chicago winter weather - we bought the version with the solid metal top and we additionally purchased leg sand weights to hold down during summer and we have not put the side curtains up...

Answer:	I do not believe so. The panels are grooved so it all fits togeather with the grooves. You could possibly see if the manufacturer makes it like that.

Question:	what is the walk in height
Answer:	The company does offer the ability to download the instruction manual, however, it requires that you enter the model number of the structure. I still have the manual for mine which has the number on it. I also have the (same) number stamped onto the structure. I entered that number and it was not found. On their website I don't see one with the model name (Genova) of what I ordered. I do see two models that look the same, so maybe mine is an outdated (discontinued) model. Maybe they removed the manual for the discontinued model? Not sure. Sorry not much help.

Answer:	I haven’t looked for just the netting but Garden Winds sells the canopy and netting as a set. Maybe a message to them can answer if they sell just the netting. I still have my original mosquito netting.

Answer:	Yes it can be installed on grass or patio. We have our on grass, it can be staked to ground for security. We have ours on grass, then put down weed/grass barrier and put outdoor rug over it. Works out great. Can use on concrete if you weight the legs, to keep from blowing away.

Answer:	This gazebo was sold at Lowe's over 15 years ago. It's highly unlikely this frame is offered for purchased.

Answer:	Pretty true to size stated. Take off for the pole size & framing it has to be at least 11x11. The only potential problem I have seen so far is that the extenders for the top sides of the frame really aren't long enough, so it dips just a tad in the very middle. We have only had it up for a week now so we shall see. We do really like it & it was way less expensive than the $600. ones! We are in the Northeast so we shall see how it stands up in comparison to the other gazebo's we have had.
