Answer:	There is a peak that makes it feel tall. There are three leg adjustments so you can adjust the height. Plenty tall and the peak is another 2 feet I think.
Question:	Do you have to remove canopy when taking down? Or can it be stored with canopy on
Answer:	You can leave the canopy on, but it won’t last as long as if you remove it every time you fold the frame. With any of the folding tents, the canopy tends to get in between the metal members of the frame when you close it and can be cut (especially if the canopy is thin, thicker commercial grade canopies will last longer but they will end up with cuts also). I never take the canopy down when I close the tent with commercial grade canopy and it lasts me about three-five years using it once a week. A thin/lighter grade canopy like this one will probably last me two years because I don’t want to take the extra time totskd if down and put it back on every time I use it. This company offers thicker grade canopy as well.
Question:	How well does it stand up to wind and does it in any way pocket water
Answer:	Good question. It stands up to pretty tough winds. I have all 4 corners tied down and it hold well. When its VERY windy.. i bring the tent down to its lowest height and still use the tie downs on the 4 corners. As far as the canopy for holding water...my first canopy (original) worked great. Lasted 2 years and was still in very good shape but i wanted a new one, so i kept the base and ordered a replacement. Honestly, for some reason, and not sure if i had it tight enough, it held water and eventually stretched. After many rainfalls i am going to need a new cover.

Answer:	No, this sun shade will not keep out rain unless you cover the open sides with a tarp. The shaded area is 95" x59". I purchased this shade because my husband and I could easily both be completely shaded, the open sides give us needed breeze and ventilation and the flooring helps to keep sand out of towels, bags, etc. Easy to set up and take down as well. Question:	I want to buy walls for the 12' slant canopy but only see them for the 12' straight leg canopy - would the straight leg walls work also in a slant leg
Answer:	It holds up to wind very well. We only use it for the beach and have experienced many wind conditions. I usually only need the 4 corner stakes. Sometimes I add a guy-wire stake to the windiest corner, sometimes the front two corners if the wind is coming straight at me. I have left and come back hours later when the wind really picked up (with no guy-wires in use) and the tent was collapsed but not blown away. It was simple to stand it back up. The collpasablility can save its life vs tent poles with no "elbows". It can be a challenge to put away in a strong wind if you are by yourself.

Answer:	If you plan to put it on a deck, you could secure it to the deck with the same holes you would for tent stakes. You could use a large washer since a regular screw would be too small, then the screw would fasten it to the deck. If you have a deck larger than 13' x 13', you should be ok. I am not sure the exact length of each side.

Answer:	Easily with two or three people. I've set it up by myself over a picnic table, but it's much easier with a few helpers. At 47 lbs, its pretty easy to just lift straight up in the air and set it down over the picnic table.

Answer:	Hello, I was able to find regular khaki colored tarps and purchased zip ties and have received a number of positive compliments . I utilize my 12x12 enclosure for a workout room during these difficult times. I attached the 12x12 tarps to the inside of the canopy. I wired shop lamps with a surge protector and even a oil lamp with cement board for flooring. My wife even uses it after negative initial comments. I’m a Genius! Bowflex and row machine and bench.
