Answer:	YES!! I wish I had bought mine 10 years earlier! It works like a dream for the 10 X 10 Caravan or Easy Up type tents that are used for art shows. So easy to put in and take out and the wheels work great! A must for anyone who uses the tents a lot. My cover that came with the tent originally was so tight I needed a helper to put it on(almost brought me to tears) and it had multiple tears in it because of that. This one a zipper that starts at the top and comes down both sides for easy release of the tent, and then a pouch to hold the sides. PERFECT!!

Answer:	It is a true 10x10, both on top and at the bottom. The legs are not slanted, so the measurement doesn't change. The roof is made of the same water treated fabric as we use on our tents, to keep out rain.

Answer:	The Core Equipment 10x10 Instant Canopy is flame resistant - tested to comply with the CPAI-84 flammability test. We don't test to the NFPA 701 test as it's not a common test method for tents. The general nature of a canopy is not waterproof though, since it has no sides. Any wind that blows the rain sideways will get anything under the canopy wet. We don't recommend using it to keep yourself or your things dry for this reason.

Answer:	Yes, I think it should keep out moisture and bugs. It has a rubber gasket around the perimeter of the lid. The only problem you may have is keeping coons, skunks, rats out of it. The plastic could be easily eaten through by tenacious vermin. If you made a raised shelf with an enclosed metal screen, that may keep vermin out of it or prevent them from chewing through the plastic enclosure.

Answer:	We had both. The premium is hands down better. The latch is more secure, creating a more airtight seal and the way it opens, down, is harder for animals to open.
