Answer:	We have a 10x10 canopy that does not have a vent at the peak. With moderate wind gusts our canopy can be lifted so I use 2 sets (48#) to keep canopy down. These weights are stackable.

Answer:	Yes 6.3 lbs. I haven't had a chance to use yet but they are very well made.

Answer:	The cut into the weight is approximately 4 1/2 inches by 1 1/4 inches. So I would figure that the round tent pole should be no more than 1 1/4 inches in diameter.

Answer:	Yes. I used them with both straight and slant legged canopies.
Question:	How can I get replacement caps? My caps split within 6 months of having these
Answer:	I had the same thing. I just contacted them and they sent them right out. Note: if you’re using sand or something that you’re not replacing I purchased 1 1/2” pvc pipe plugs from Home Depot and glued them on top. Then I don’t have to over tighten the cap and don’t worry about leaks.

Question:	Do the holes go all the way through if one wanted to use these as tie down weights
Answer:	The weight is essentially C-shaped so that it slides onto/around the leg using the slot. I suppose you could tie a rope onto the weight in order to use it as a tie down, but there is no hole, per se, to completely secure the tied rope. (The six 'holes' shown in the photo are only depressions and do not go all the way through.)
Question:	Can you buy two sets and double them up for added weight support
Answer:	Yes, but ours have done a great job singly. They just slip right over so doubling will not be a problem.

Answer:	The manufacturer's information states, "The 1.25” wide slot opening fits just about any instant canopy leg..."

Answer:	These go around the legs and rest on the flat stake holders on each leg. (Our stake holders are metal). Worked perfect on asphalt where we camped for Indy 500.

Answer:	They are a little clunky looking, but they have held my lightweight Gazebo steady. My "gazebo" is actually a pop-up shelter or shade. It's meant to be put up and taken down. Think of a small vegetable vendor at the Sunday food fair. Without these, every strong wind would relocate it. Works. If you need more than 20 lbs, add water.

Answer:	I'm not entirely sure of your question but I'll give it a try...... Each plate weighs about 23 pounds.... So if you put 1 plate on each corner you have a little less than 100 pounds holding down your tent/canopy.

Answer:	Actually yes , they are wider openings than I anticipated, works great with the new ez up weight holding feet but I literally attached a 6 in bar to the feet if my tent to ensure they were under about 4 inches of rubber :)

Answer:	I bought the item thinking the same thing! They have yet to change the description and after MANY EMAILS they never resolved the issue. They said it was just for 1. Answer:	I would think so. They go around the 3/4" square metal tube legs on my tent. With a bit to spare. In the unlikely event that the velcro straps are not as long as you need, you could extend then with a bit of additional velcro.

Question:	would the velcro tabs fit around a market umbrella pole
Answer:	It depends how think the umbrella poll is. I purchased a product that these weights were advertised on in Amazon, and their polls were too thick. We had to use zip ties to secure the sand bags to the polls.

Answer:	We filled an empty 2 liter soda bottle with water and put one in each slot, so two bottles per bag. You could fill them with sand too. Probably 10-15 lbs per bag maybe :)
