Answer:	Hi Nancy. This model has 2 strings. It comes with our T25 Professional Tap Advance trimmer head that features an easy-to-reload spool that comes off with the cap, eliminating the need to turn the trimmer upside down to reload the line. The spool has a split design that reduces tangling and line welding, and has arrows to show the correct directional winding of the line to eliminate guesswork. The spool has two key slots to lock the trimmer line in and keep it from unwrapping while putting the cap back on the trimmer head. The T25 holds .065”, .080” or .095” trimmer line and comes pre-wound with 0.095" TitaniumForce trimmer line. While you can buy large spools of trimmer line and reload it yourself, we also sell the T25 heads already pre-wound with line. Question:	I just received the 128CD trimmer and it came with a large hex key in the instruction packet. What is the hex key for
Answer:	I am not sure as I haven't had to use it yet. But often, these tools are used for adjustments or to R&R the head(the part that spins). I have tools so I didn't pay the part too much attention. As to the trimmer itself, it needed be run at half choke for a few outings. It is just now becoming broken-in and the performance is very much improved(oh, probably about 4-5 hours altogether). I don't baby these things and I have a lot of acreage. Keeping in mind the size of this one(128cc), I am, overall, pleased with its performance so far. Good fuel economy too(for a line trimmer). The Titanium string is great. One criticism though and one that should be addressed in the design: The starting pull is placed so close to some vent openings that if you're not aware of the potential and/or not paying attention, when you pull to start you can easily catch the tip of a finger or nail under the lip... and then, Boy Howdy! I bled a couple of times before I figured out what was happening. A better location anyway would be in front - closer to the shaft---much better balance when starting.
