Answer:	Any good quality oil designed for 2-cycle trimmers will work. This model trimmer uses a 50:1 fuel/oil mixture that should be done in a gas can rather than the tank.

Answer:	When I bought mine it said it came with the bump feeder. When it arrived it had the manual feeder. I called Home Depot and told them this and they ordered me the bump feeder. When the part came in it was the manual feeder. Called Home Depot again and they said the part number they ordered was for the bump feeder and most likely echo doesn't sell the bump feeders any longer. Your best bet would be to call echo directly and order from them. Like I said the part number showed for the bump feeder yet the manual feeder showed up to my door step. Best of luck.

Answer:	I dont know but we use Echo weed wackers and chain saws at work and they get a lot of hevy use and some of the Echo weed wackers have lasted for the 12 years I have been with this company. So I am sure the GT 225 will out last any warranty the offer.

Answer:	Make sure you use only 1 line clear through head. Make sure the arrow on the inner spool is in the right direction according to rotation of head. I fought mine until the light bulb came on and I realized I only needed 1 long piece of twine and needed to put inner spool in right and wind correctly. Works great now. Directions in manual not real clear.

Question:	There are conflicting reviews about this device throwing rocks back at you. What is your experience? Better or worse than edging without it
Answer:	I haven't had any issues with rocks being thrown back at you to me it's better than the guard that comes on any weed eater but of course use safety glasses. You will love the edgit pro it's a must have and yes it a great tool to edge your lawn. My wife ran over my first one and I immediately ordered a replacement. Some neighbors even asked me what it was on the end of my Echo edger. Once I showed them how to use it and get crisp edges they were amazed. Yes I would recommend the edgit pro if you have a Echo or Sthil edger. Hope this helps in making your purchase.
Question:	does it work with ego trimmer
Answer:	I have never heard of an "ego trimmer. I use it on my Echo SRM 225 or my Echo PAS 225 and It works very well. To install it it was only necessary to remove the OEM string trimmer guard and bolt the Edgit pro with the 3 bolts that held the string trimmer guard. There several holes in the Edgit so it was designed to fit a number if different string trimmers.

Answer:	It comes with different attachments for different brands of trimmers, so it should, but don't call me on it 100%. And for the 2nd question, is made of a hard, almost unbreakable kind of plastic or fiber glass. I can not tell, all I I know is that I love it and is a good quality. I can not be without one.

Answer:	Yes. It bolts directly to the gear housing in place of the original shroud and does not interfere with any type of string head that installs on the shaft. I put a 2-string cam locking head on my trimmer so I could use heavier .095 string with the Edgit Pro.

Question:	Is this grommet for the smaller hole in the tank
Answer:	I have an older SRM-210. The large hole has a screw on cap and it’s where you pour your fuel into. The other hole is much smaller and it’s where the grommet and lines go into the tank and connect to the carb. Both holes are on top of the tank. Make sure you don’t make the same mistake I did and cross check with serial number.
