The company insisted on a replacement instead of refund and even that replacement started doing the same thing as the other. Dealing with the customer service is a nightmare as well.

Answer:	The soap will always be on. Only way to stop it is not to put soap into the soap container. Or you can remove the feed tube from the container at the bottom.
Question:	When starting with the remote the manual says to hold the lock button on the controller....what lock button
Answer:	The remote may not be paired with the engine when first set up or even between uses. To pair the remote, push the silver button on the machine just to the right of the battery and while the green light around that button is still lit, push the off button on the remote. You will hear a very faint click from the battery compartment. Afterward, the remote is paired; start the engine by holding the start button on the remote for 1 to 2 seconds.

Answer:	If you are going to wax the car afterwards, it MAY be okay. Pretty sure it will strip the wax. Real carwash is cheap, and will not strip the wax.

Answer:	I see no problem as this is listed as a Sun Joe accessory in the back of the Operators Manual. Just remember this is a concentrate and must be diluted according to instructions listed on the container.

Answer:	The bottle says one gallon to 8 gallons of water. So it's 8 to one ratio. I mix up one cup to eight cups of water. It fills both tanks with some left over.

Answer:	This product is a hydrogen peroxide base that can effectively neutralize urine odors from concrete by washing it away. It is not an enzyme product that will eliminate the odors at the source.
