Answer:	I don’t know, but parts of it broke on the first use. Had to replace the connectors to hold it together so it would still work.

Question:	Mine came missing the main shaft, who do I contact to to get one sent to me
Answer:	I’d call the manufacturer. Mine came with one bolt that was the wrong size. I called the manufacturer and they sent a replacement out in 2 days. Did your shipping box have any holes in it? The shaft is just a straight rod. It would be pretty easy for it to slip out of the box if there were a hole in one end.
Question:	can anyone that has had this for a few seasons tell me how well it is holding up from a durability standpoint. Any input is appreciated
Answer:	I have had mine about 2 years now, used it for 5 large pieces of land, some a little bumpy, but mostly flat. Works great with 3 8x8x16 cinder-blocks strapped in for weight. I think it works great and seems to be quite durable. Like someone else said, clear the mud and small rocks from the knives, clean it, keep it inside if you can, it should last for years. Wear gloves to assemble or you'll surely bleed. Sharp knives. Then you'll want to sharpen them up for the next season. Like the product. Glad I bought it.

Answer:	No they would need to pull it with some motorixed something ... Lawnmower, four wheeler, or something else. Could not be used by pulling it by hand ..!!!

Answer:	Agree with those who say spikes do nothing to aerate a lawn. You do not see any commercial lawn care professionals use spikers. You need to plug to make any difference.

Answer:	Yes they can.

Answer:	I've used them at the rifle and pistol range and for bowhunting. I've have no difficulties in handling ammo, arrows, etc. The fingers were initially pretty tight but have stretched out a little. The wrist won't stretch at all with use, so keep that in mind when sizing. I have both L and XL versions of these gloves, and the XLs are now a tad loose in the fingers after a lot of use.

Answer:	I bought my wife a size small and they fit her perfect. I'm average size and would buy med or large so I'm guessing they are men's size

Answer:	Depends on how cold the weather is. I wore them last week in weather somewhere in the 40 degree range and my hands were a little cold. They protected some. But because these are for warm weather every time I moved my hands cold air came in. The gloves functioned as designed allowing air flow.

Question:	I would like to use this to breakup the topsoil for grass seeding lawn bald spots. Will this work for that
Answer:	Use the scarifier blade (not the de-thatch attachment) for this type of use.
Question:	I do not find the instruction manual useful to replace the scarifier with a dethatcher. Could someone post how to change it? video will be useful
Answer:	I believe it is just one Allen bolt (Allen wrench should have been sent when new) Remove the (1)Allen bolt on the right side (white bracket) then pull the scarifier off and put the dethatcher in its place. Retighten the white bracket and bolt. You will be surprised how easy it is.
Question:	Does this only dethatch or does it actually aerate by poking holes in ground
Answer:	The system has two drums that can be changed out. First is a dethatching drum with "sprung prongs" that break up thatch and do a nice job pulling moss out of the lawn. Second drum is a scarifier with solid blades. It does not have the traditional pins that poke holes in the ground. So I'd call it a dethatcher/scarifier, not really a traditional aerator. Just won't get that deep.

Answer:	Machine has good power and seems durable. Second set of wheels allow easier "turn-arounds" on lawn passes. Be sure your extension cord has enough amperage as this unit pulls 12.5 amps.
