Answer:	Ordered Self-propelled on May 19 '19, it is June 25th and it says it will ship between July 4th to August 15th. They seem to be keeping their word. Got it on a Greenworks special at $333 half of Low's price. Speculation: They run two builds a year or the factory in China burnt down?

Answer:	My fully charged 2.0Ah battery lasted about 45 minutes, enough to mow my 1/4 acre, then power the leaf blower to clean the mower (battery power meter showed 0/3 lights, though). I don't have the string trimmer yet, but it should have enough power for it as well. Regardless, I'm planning to buy a 4.0Ah battery--whenever it's finally available--to use as the primary battery, and the 2.0Ah as backup. 2x 2.0Ah batteries would be sufficient as well, but I figure the extra run time will come in handy for the future snow blower.

At this time I own and use two full size irons regularly as well as a steam press, two mini's and a travel iron. This is by far my favorite. It keeps good heat and works well. It heats up quickly and gets wrinkles out. Sets creases beautifully. The reason I have so many irons is' I am a seamstress and press everything I sew and wear. If I only could keep one iron it would be this one. Happy ironing this product is a great investment.

Answer:	You can mow without the bag or mulch plug installed, it will just do a poor version of mulching and you will have clumps of grass dropping out of the area where the mulch plug should be.

Answer:	I purchased mine from CPO last spring. It advertised having two 4ah batteries, but came with one 4ah, and one 2ah. I contacted them and told them that it did not arrive as advertised, so they sent me a second 4ah battery. I believe this was a temporary thing, because I keep seeing the mixed batteries being shown. If you purchase one that is supposed to come with two 4ah batteries, then make certain they supply as advertised.

Question:	How long is the cord
Answer:	As several people have stated, it dosn't come with a cord. You must buy a separate outdoor extension cord long enogh for your use. One person stated he used a 100 ft 10 amp cord. I hope he ment a 10 gage cord. I wouldn't recomend running a 13 amp motor on a cord rated for 10 amps. I use a 100 ft 14 gage cord. 14 gage wire is rated for 15 amps, 12 gage for 20 amps and 10 gage for 30 amps. I find the mower runs on the 14 gage without heating the wire at all. If the wire gets hot, you are using to small of a wire. Go to a smaller gage number to carry more amps.

Answer:	No. It's not self propelled. It's very light until the bag fills up. You just need to empty the bag when it feels heavy. It's really for a smaller lawn. I wouldn't use an electric mower on a large lawn.

Answer:	Amazon's ad says 4 years. The bottom motor bearing just blew out on mine 2 months after the 4 year warranty expired so I guess I'm boned. I will probably buy the same mower again though. It has worked great up to yesterday when the motor suddenly just seized up. I borrowed my sister's 18" greenworks mower to finish the job. They both work (worked) great.

Answer:	A 14 gauge cord should be safe with a 12-amp mower. Some would recommend a 12 gauge cord if you need 100ft. The mower will have a bit more power with the heavier gauge (due to reduced voltage drop in the cord) but the cord will be heavier and more expensive.

Answer:	It's not too heavy, but depending on how tall she is it might be to tall for her. I'm 5'7, and I can easily use it. I also don't use the attached bag which comes with it. To me, this would add to the weight, because you are pushing the mower and cut grass. I hope this helps.

Answer:	It folds up best if you just use loose bolts to secure the so called wheel baskets. remove them and store it on a 18" deep shelf. The pump jack is the height restriction for the shelf.
Question:	Is it a hydrualic
Answer:	The lifting mechanism is just a hydraulic bottle jack, which has a bracket to mount it within the framework of the lift. The bottle jack is operated by a foot pedal.

To Raise the Lift

Turns the release valve clockwise until firm resistance is felt. Carefully pumps jack until mower reaches desired height. Final height must correspond with the locking teeth on the Height Locking levers.

Secure Locking Lever

Carefully turn the Release valve counter clockwise, slowly, until the Lift Platform locking levers engages the Height Locking Levers then close the release valve by turning it fully clockwise until firm resistance is felt.

To Lower the Lift

Pumps the lift Pedal several times to disengage the Height Locking Levers. Carefully turn the Release valve counter-clockwise, slowly, but no more than 1 turn from the closed position, to lower the load slow and safe.

Question:	How do I lubricate the mower.. and with what
Answer:	Unfortunately I have temporarily misfiled my owner instructions. :) They are here somewhere. What I recall being directed to do is use a WD40 type product on the blades initially, just spray on them. Swirl the blades. I went by sound, the blades sounded better after spraying. My practice is spray after each use, once dry, before putting away, just to keep the rust off, and clear any grasses, etc. that have wrapped around the wheel joint and when dry brush off any stray grass, to keep rust from getting a foot hold. It was easy to assemble, fun to use. Glad I got it.
Question:	How do you loosen the blades? Can someone send me directions or give a little instruction
Answer:	To loosen the blades, you will need to loosen both back screws equally by turning them counterclockwise.
Question:	Which part do I need to adjust to change the mow height? The instructions are a bit confusing on this. Do I adjust the roller, the wheels, or both
Answer:	There are 3 settings you can choose by just adjusting the roller. For more adjustments you can also adjust the wheels.

Question:	Anyone else have an issue with this blade leaving circle marks In your yard? I didn't have That issue until i replaced my blade with this one
Answer:	I found that "A NASCAR race car is measured to be about 125-130 decibels"....the Hearos earplugs reduce the decibles up to...or down to... 20 decibles, so that would be 105-110 decibles of noisen depending of seating, with the earplugs in. Based on CDC statictics, you could listen to about 91 decibles of noise for about 2 hours, without it starting to impact hearing. So I would recommend buying/using a stronger decible reducing earplug for the NASCAR races... good luck!
