Question:	Where do I get replacement grinding weels for this product
Answer:	Having not used a 410 grinder,a comparison is not possible. I have been using my 520 for 6 months commercially and can't fault it having about 200 chains on my books so far. It is easy to set up and very accurate. Once you have set sharpened a chain the next time you grind it you can be very accurate and grind the very minimum off the teeth prolonging the life of the chain . Couldn't be happier. Peter H

Answer:	I’ve sharpened over 150 chains with this unit. Electric motors do heat up which is normal. Pending how long it takes you to do one chain.

Question:	Will this sharpen Oregon S56 chain
Answer:	If its 3/8 with .050 pitch it will. It doesn't know if its on a stihl product or not.
Question:	What is the difference between the 3/8" and the 3.8" Picco. Not even Stihl has an application guide
Answer:	3/8Pico use a 4mm (5/32") file. 3/8 use a 5.2mm (13/64") file.
Question:	How do you rotate the round file to expose different file teeth? I can rotate one side but not the other
Answer:	This tool is directional, just follow the arrows on the handles. The round files will only go in both directions. You can put them in backwards, but you will immediately notice that half of the file teeth are missing. Hence their in backwards, so just flip them around. I go one direction for one set of teeth then rotate the tool end to end and file the other direction.

Answer:	I ordered this and waited for it's arrival and got a notice that it was not available so I do not know.

Answer:	China, I believe; I've owned it for a while and believe it's a knock-off of the patented version.

Answer:	Once you set it up the angle that you need on the chain, it can be locked into place.
Question:	Will this sharpen a .043 gauge chain such as the on on a DeWalt 40v chainsaw
Answer:	I own about 16 chains, and have so far sharpened all of them three times. I have no clue how long or how many chains it will ultimately sharpen, but my conservative estimate would be at least a few hundred. Just like any sharpening blade for your mini-side grinder, someday you'll need to buy an extra. I do not cut trees for a living, just when I need to clean up after a storm or to remove a tree for building, so if you are a commercial tree cutter you may want to buy a commercial sharpener and extra grinding wheels. Best I can answer; hope it helped. This sharpener is for the home enthusiast and not for commercial use; for that I'd buy the original, patented version, not this reproduction.
