Answer:	1. yes, but only for about 1 story without ladder. you need to be 4-5ft away2. yes, worked great on reclaimed hardwood to remove grime and mildew. You need to go very slowly with a narrow angle nozzle 3-4inches from the surface. The cleaned strip is narrow so it takes a while to do a large area. That being said, you'll get the job done and I am not sure any pressure washer will make a job like that really quick, just much easier than hand scrubbing.
Question:	Sun Joe SPX3000 pressure washer: I read that you need soap designed to run through the pump. Have you found a brand of soap that is OK for this
Answer:	According to company website: "Your Sun Joe Pressure Joe SPX3000 has a downstream chemical injector, installed on the outlet (discharge) side of the pump, that applies detergent with the dedicated soap nozzle. The advantage of the downstream injector is that the chemicals cannot cause damage to the pump system. In upstream injectors, the chemicals run through the pump, causing the pump seals to wear out."So if you use soap, it doesn't run through the pump. I would still be careful what you use and maybe dilute it to help prevent damage.

Question:	Will this pressure wash the algae and dirt off my wood deck so i can stain it? also can i clean the algae/meldew off my vinyl siding
Answer:	I was able to clean my deck quite thoroughly with this. When I bought my house, the deck (treated pine) was pretty black, and this did a good job of removing that. However, it was time consuming, and I had to hold it close to the deck if I wanted to get it really clean, and if I wasn't careful it would tear up the wood fibers. (This wasn't the fault of the washer, though - it was just an issue with removing years of black mildew stain.) Holding it close also made it difficult to clean it evenly and without streaks. So it depends how dirty your deck is, and what its made of, and how clean you want it, and how patient you are.Karcher also makes a unit (which I ended up buying) that is made for this sort of job: the Karcher T450 T-Racer Patio Cleaner Attachment. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00QM9N6AE/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1They are bit hard to find though as Karcher doesn't sell them in the U.S. I got mine from Big Red Toolbox, an English company. Question:	Can this be used with an extension cord? I only have one outside outlet at the back of my house
Answer:	Every outlet in your house is essentially an extension cord. The longer the wire from the power company's transformer, the lower the voltage getting to your motor. If your outside outlet is at the far end (away from your main panel) of a large house, you may have used up all the distance your allowed. If the outlet is 10 feet from your main, you could put a 50 ft #14 extension cord on it no problem. If you have a bit extra voltage in your lines, say 122 instead of 114 you can get by with longer cords of smaller wire. What will burn up your motor is insufficient voltage, i.e. long, lightweight extension cords. So what's the answer? Find out your voltage at the outlet you will be using, the minimum voltage the pressure washer needs and use an online voltage calculator to determine the size wire and length you need in the cord. Sorry - it's not a yes or no answer :-(

Built-in Hose Reel

The built-in hose reel is designed to store the high-pressure hose neatly, preventing it from getting tangled up. Before use, to avoid knocking over the machine, hold down on the handle and pull out the hose by hand. After use, rotate the reel crank clockwise to wind up the hose around the reel. The reel crank can also be locked into the reel for added neatness and safety.

Washing Vehicles

Add soap or detergent to the detergent tank. Then, spray soap or detergent foam onto the vehicle’s surface using the soap nozzle. Next, spray water across the vehicle’s entire surface from the top down with the 25° or 40° nozzle. Never spray inside the engine bay. Never use high-pressure nozzles or move too close or you will damage the paint.

Washing Floors

Add soap or detergent inside the detergent tank. Then, spray soap or detergent foam on the floor. Next, use the 15° nozzle to rinse by keeping it about one foot above the floor while spraying and moving the extension wand. If necessary, use the 0° nozzle to clean crevices with stubborn, ground-in dirt and grime.

Washing Wooden Doors and Decks

Use the soap nozzle to spray soap or detergent foam in sections by holding the spray gun at a 45° angle and 1-2 ft away from the surface. Then, rinse thoroughly by using the 15° or 25° nozzle. Clean along the direction of the grain to better remove stains and foam.

Washing Outdoor Furniture

Spray soap or detergent foam using the soap nozzle. Then, use the 15° or 25° nozzle to rinse thoroughly. Keep the nozzle one foot from the surface while spraying and moving the extension wand. Avoid spraying one spot for any length of time, as this may damage the furniture.

1. Connect the water inlet hose, and turn on the water tap;

2. Turn on the power switch of the machine;

3. Unlock the spray gun trigger;

4. Long press the spray gun trigger for seconds, to squeeze out the air until the water is coming out, then install the spray wand.

After use：

1. Shut off the water tap, and disconnect the water inlet hose;

2. Unlock the spray gun trigger and press the trigger to squeeze out the water pressure and residual moisture water;

3. Turn off the power switch of the machine;

4. Pull out the mains plug;

5. Store the pressure washer properly.
