Answer:	1. yes, but only for about 1 story without ladder. you need to be 4-5ft away2. yes, worked great on reclaimed hardwood to remove grime and mildew. You need to go very slowly with a narrow angle nozzle 3-4inches from the surface. The cleaned strip is narrow so it takes a while to do a large area. That being said, you'll get the job done and I am not sure any pressure washer will make a job like that really quick, just much easier than hand scrubbing.

Answer:	According to company website: "Your Sun Joe Pressure Joe SPX3000 has a downstream chemical injector, installed on the outlet (discharge) side of the pump, that applies detergent with the dedicated soap nozzle. The advantage of the downstream injector is that the chemicals cannot cause damage to the pump system. In upstream injectors, the chemicals run through the pump, causing the pump seals to wear out."So if you use soap, it doesn't run through the pump. I would still be careful what you use and maybe dilute it to help prevent damage.

Answer:	I assume you are talking about a turbo tip. Yes it attaches just like regular tips. Be sure to use one rated the same as the unit, in this case 3200 psi. Do Not Use one rated below 3200 psi. You could use one slightly higher, say 3300 psi, but any higher and you lose some power.

Answer:	Yes, It doesn't reach the top of a second story with much pressure. Might clean the bottom and outside but not the inside. You can get an extension kit with a hooked end for cleaning out gutters on amazon.

Answer:	The 390SS is a integrated hose with reel. You can simply attach the gun to hose and leave it. You wind the hose up and thats it. But in practical use, it works much easier and less risk of tipping if you undo all the hose 30ft and undo a couple coils you get from it being reeled up and thats it. It works very well. If you have not had a PW and dont know that these hoses are stiff, you may complain that they are stiff. most are, besides the gas high pressure rubber ones.

If you are going to buy it buy it from a physical store because they would just give you a new one if it broke under warranty but since I purchased off Amazon I have to go through the Company and they just send to a service repair center.

Answer:	Small engines like this have an oil pressure switch. No oil, no workie. Make sure that it is on a level surface. Sometimes if the slope is too much, the oil won't float the oil pressure switch and it won't start. Another common problem with small engines is a BAD oil pressure switch - and they do go bad. With a little electrical knowledge, you can jumper (bypass) the switch - if it starts then make sure that you get a new oil pressure switch.

Question:	Will this pressure wash the algae and dirt off my wood deck so i can stain it? also can i clean the algae/meldew off my vinyl siding
Answer:	I was able to clean my deck quite thoroughly with this. When I bought my house, the deck (treated pine) was pretty black, and this did a good job of removing that. However, it was time consuming, and I had to hold it close to the deck if I wanted to get it really clean, and if I wasn't careful it would tear up the wood fibers. (This wasn't the fault of the washer, though - it was just an issue with removing years of black mildew stain.) Holding it close also made it difficult to clean it evenly and without streaks. So it depends how dirty your deck is, and what its made of, and how clean you want it, and how patient you are.Karcher also makes a unit (which I ended up buying) that is made for this sort of job: the Karcher T450 T-Racer Patio Cleaner Attachment. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00QM9N6AE/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1They are bit hard to find though as Karcher doesn't sell them in the U.S. I got mine from Big Red Toolbox, an English company. Question:	Can this be used with an extension cord? I only have one outside outlet at the back of my house
Answer:	Every outlet in your house is essentially an extension cord. The longer the wire from the power company's transformer, the lower the voltage getting to your motor. If your outside outlet is at the far end (away from your main panel) of a large house, you may have used up all the distance your allowed. If the outlet is 10 feet from your main, you could put a 50 ft #14 extension cord on it no problem. If you have a bit extra voltage in your lines, say 122 instead of 114 you can get by with longer cords of smaller wire. What will burn up your motor is insufficient voltage, i.e. long, lightweight extension cords. So what's the answer? Find out your voltage at the outlet you will be using, the minimum voltage the pressure washer needs and use an online voltage calculator to determine the size wire and length you need in the cord. Sorry - it's not a yes or no answer :-(

Answer:	No, the K5 is a light duty home unit. In order to reach a 2nd story you need a more powerful unit (perhaps 2400 psi and 2 gpm). With a more powerful unit, you could then attach either a 10-ft extension or use a sharper nozzle (0-degree); the K5 does not accommodate either attachments.

Answer:	We do not have a specific recommendation as far as a time limit for continuous use. In general there is usually not a problem with continual use, though we do recommend to periodically feel the unit to make sure it is not overheating.

Answer:	We recommend using the 25 ft high pressure hose originally associated with this model pressure washer, model 020681. The part number for the hose is 706828. We do not recommend using any high pressure hose longer than that since the electric pressure washer will lose PSI for every additional foot of hose that is added, which may result in overworking the pump and/or motor on the pressure washer causing it to overheat.

Answer:	The reel will hold 50 feet of hose- you'd need to just add a 25 foot extension to the existing hose using a male to male M22 adapter (you can't remove the existing hose so you'll just add on to it). You can use our 25 foot replacement hose part #8756-1050 which also comes with M22 adapter you'd need to connect the two hoses.
