I brought it back to the store because I figured that I was just my siding something that prevented it from attaching as the manual described. The first salesperson in the department tried for 20 minutes, he then called the “head of the department “ who also could not figure it out they got a new one out to see if it was just a fluke. No, it was not. I would recommend going to the store for this item and getting someone to let you get a feel for it as well as let you see how they take apart and reassemble the floor model. If it is still a better deal on Amazon you can always go back and order it from them. But, to save the aggravation and the time you will spend trying it out at home... make sure you have actually been in store to try it. Not YouTube! We tried those tutorials also. But other than this item I am a huge GreenWorks fan! Good luck!!! |
