Function Description



❖Volume controller/Power switch:The volume is lowest at the starting position and increases gradually with the clockwise rotation until it reaches the maximum volume.

❖Sensitivity Controller:The sensitivity is the lowest when it spins counterclockwise to the end. When searching for the target, the sensitivity can be adjusted to a higher position. If there is complex soil mineralization or the electromagnetic interference, the instability will occurs, which recommend to lower the sensitivity.

❖Discrimination Controller:There are a total of 4 gear positions to adjust, each gear position corresponds to the different metal targets .

❖Pinpoint Function:After you find the target, you want to determine the approximate depth of the target, then press the Pinpoint button at the position where the target is found. At this point, we can determine the approximate depth of the target through different LED display.

Discrimination Function Description

• Four gear positions corresponds to the different metal targets.

Question:	Can you put the end under water in a stream
Answer:	I bought the carry bag for my GO FIND60 and it fits well. The detector folds and makes fitting perfect. Has a pull string at top to keep it from falling out. There is also a large zippered pocket on the side for shovel, extra batteries etc. I am glad I bought it.

Answer:	I'm fairly inexperienced in metal detecting but I like it. I use it mostly as a travel detector since I can make it small enough to fit in suitcase.

Answer:	it is a above a entry level detector I love it but I would not swing in grass a foot tall or above! I had problems with my unit the screen blinking out and it was batteries loosing in compartment because I'm an aggressive swinger -my fault-.so I put a little piece of 1/8 inch insulative tape on inside of cover. but use it for what it is and you will love this unit! you tube it and you cannot find a vid that puts this unit down. or I couldn't!
Question:	can this detect a mole in a tonnel
Answer:	I can't really compare this to others as it's the first I've owned. I have used it a few times but no significant finds, unfortunately. I'm still learning how to use the Minelab and there are some strange sounds and readings sometimes that make me think it's malfunctioning, but due to my inexperience I'm not ready to fault the unit just yet.

Answer:	Basically metal detectors can discriminate between ferrous and non ferrous metes but the can sometimes be offset by the size of the item it has on it's reference scale. Generally when detecting for gold the detector is comparing mass and metal type and larger size can mislead the readings. The do work well with small items like coins and jewelry like rings but gold bars are not normally what your going to fine in the field. Try the detector on some smaller items and keep in mind that other than gold coins gold can contain other metals like silver depending on the karat. Hope this helps and also depth plays a hand in this, you can try burring the item your testing and keep not on the numbers on the scale. You can also tell the difference between pure copper coins and copper zinc coins which read about 2 numbers different.
