3 Tones Distinguish Metals:

IRON(00-10): target is probably iron.

5¢-(11-25): target is probably 5¢ or a nickel. Some small gold rings might register within this range.

Q1. Great for beginners, but not most accurate.

Yes, accurate can reach 8 inches, enough for beginners and develop children 's love of nature. Not suggested do some professional use.

Q2. It cannot works/ detect anything.

Try to press the PP button, if it has responses, please kindly check the connection cable, it might be connected incorrectly.

Q3. Cannot connect the coil cord into the metal detector.

Q4. Battery not durable

The normal life of the 9v battery is 8 hours. Wear headphones for longer use, and suggested buying a rechargeable 9 v battery then avoid batteries waste.

Q5. Why keeping make a sound?

- Not suggested to test indoor, there are many things included metals so the detector will keep beeping.

- Reduce the sensitivity and increase the height between the search coil and the ground. Not suggested used in highly mineralized areas.

Q6 Add the function of backlight turn on/off

Up until now, there has always been a compromise between frequency and sensitivity when optimizing detector performance, because lower frequencies are more sensitive to larger gold nuggets and higher frequencies are more sensitive to smaller gold nuggets. When comparing detectors, the three curves in the diagram represent each detector’s ability to find small gold nuggets of a certain size, at a maximum possible depth. Most detectors will find a very large nugget just beneath the surface, however a detector’s sensitivity to gold determines how many smaller nuggets will ultimately be recovered in difficult (noisy) ground at greater depths. An 18 kHz detector will normally have a depth advantage on nuggets ≥ 1.0g over a basic mid-frequency detector, and a 71 kHz detector will have a depth advantage on nuggets ≤ 0.1g.
