Question:	Is the sweeper function the same as a blower? If not, what is the purpose of this function
Answer:	The Sweeper is a vacuum function. It is for light use only, which means it works best sucking up small leaves and debris (orange tree size leaves at most). Not recommended to suck up twigs and large size leaves. If you do, you will be taking apart the bag and tube to dislodge leaves and twigs entangled in the vac a few times during use. I use a screw driver/small probe to dislodge the debris. I've used it on grass lawns and flower beds to remove leaves with no real issues. I've had my 40 volt vac for over 5 years and can't live without it. It is also a useful tool to remove leaves from planters with medium size gravel or river rocks (it will not pick up the gravel). I also recommend vacuuming small amounts of leaves at a time instead of in bunches to avoid clogging the vac. Despite the small inconvenience of unclogging the vac, I couldn't do without it, it beats blowing the leaves, gathering them and then picking them up. Great tool for small jobs.

Answer:	A cloth bag comes with it. It is NON disposable. You empty it when it's full.

Answer:	Yes. Keep in mind like I did when I bought it. Amazon and other distributors have two prices listed for the B&D blower/vac. The lower price (under 100 dollars) does not have battery and charger and the higher priced blower/vac (140 dollar item) does have everything.

Answer:	I could vacuum my courtyard around 2 times before I had to charge it. It didn't take long to charge.

Question:	How much does the leaf blower weigh with battery
Answer:	Shipping was free and the freight company called me and asked when I wanted it delivered. Mine was in an heavy wood framed box with cardboard sides. The delivery truck had a lift gate and the truck driver used a pallet jack to wheel it right into my garage. Assembly was pretty straight forward requiring putting on the chute, handle, and hooking up the cables. The only hint I would say is don't move the chute direction handle as shipped until the chute and cable are installed. I had moved my handle so when assembled the chute would only move to one side. Hope this helps.
Question:	Whats the runtime on theses things
Answer:	My neighbor has a 24" unit with tracks. It couldn't propel itself through a 14" snowfall. I blew out his driveway with my 28" machine that has standard snow tires...no chains. Handled the job very easily. Mine is not the machine shown here.

Answer:	I've been very happy with the Husqvarna 125BV and moderately happy with it as a vac. I love the extra large vac bag and ease of emptying it when its not attached to the motor. I'm not overly excited with the ergonomic feel when in vac mode, converting it into vacuum, or disconnecting the bag to facilitate dumping. I also found that it clogged easily when vacuuming large quantities of dry maple leafs. Keep a tool for prying the vacuum cover open in your pocket else you'll be making several trips to the shed. I've not used it for damp leafs. As for vacuuming your gutters - unless you can find or fabricate a reduction fitting and a hose I wouldn't even consider it. Personally I installed vinyl gutter screening, but prior to that I just pulled out the shopvac and 20 foot of (3 inch?) hose and ran it down the length my gutter which worked great for the ash leafs overhanging my garage.As for using

Answer:	Don't see how a replaceable bag could work in that it would have to have the ability to allow air flow without releasing too much dust. The cost would not be much less than the bag supplied with this item

Answer:	It does have a short power cord to connect to an extension cord. An extension cord does not come as part of the Toro 51585 Power Sweep. My wife uses this item frequently and likes it very much. It is light weight, but plenty powerful.
Question:	One of the reviews says that the plug is only two prong and isn't the three prong grounded plug. My long extension cord and probably all long outdoor extension cords are three prong with the ground. Can someone verify if this accepts a three prong grounded extension cord
Answer:	I didnt understand why it wasnt a 3 prong either... I have an old, like 25 or more yrs old I had to stop using because the plug on it started pulling away from the short wire. (the only weak link in this machine that I encountered) I was going to fix it and found a plug .. but with that stubby end and all the yanking etc right there so close to the machine I decided to just replace the machine. The two prong on the machine wouldnt care if there is an extra hole in the socket plug in .. and if the machine only has 2 prongs I guess it doesnt need 3.

Answer:	The blower is not defective, the battery has four slots, the blower has three blades that fit into three of them. The fourth slot on the battery may be used by other equipment as the battery can be used by more EGO devices than just the blower.
