Good to know replacements are so inexpensive on eBay 🙃 I guess if you’ve never used a mower before you might wonder where the grass goes. I’ve never used a bag, never dethatched, my zoysia is more than 35 years old and very healthy. I consider the grass clippings a gift from God. As far as where does the cut grass go, it stays pretty much right there. This is a very small mower if you use it that way. If the green stuff is very tall, we just had more than 10 days of rain, then I cut little narrow swathes. It is a weed eater with a deck. I had breast cancer 4 years ago. The treatment almost did me in. Up until then I did my own yard work. I’ve paid hundreds of dollars hiring idiots to scalp my zoysia and then take out my roses, Japanese maples, fig trees, lilies and plants large enough to see with weeders. I bought this little guy for me to use as it’s small enough for me use to mow my uneven lawn and it’s hard to scalp s rise budh if the weeder stays in the deck. I love this little guy.

Answer:	The mower frame has 2 heights. The lowest one might be 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch. The higher setting is maybe an inch or a little over. If you're using just the trimmer, you can go as close to the ground as you want.

Answer:	The chemo wiped out what little knee cartilage I had. That why I bought mine. Very light wright handle length is adjustable but my 6’5” tall brother didn’t find it long enough for him. I carry a small paint brush in my tool pouch. I mow, it’s getting the spot I want done to suit me. I tap on the orange lever on the back to turn it into a weeder. If the grass is tall, wet, thick, it can build up around the edges were the weeders fits back into the deck. I grab the brush, clean off the grass, weeder goes right back into place and I’m back to mowing again. A friend said she had to step on that little lever to get hers to sit back in until she tried the paint brush. You’ll love it. Any piece of yard equipment I own had some little something I’ve had to learn. But 2-3 seconds to fix this issue. Wow!

My lawn was long the first time I did it so it took a little bit to get used to, but you can't tell the difference in my opinion. You can also adjust the string height in mower mode. Answer:	Even on the lowest setting it probably wouldn't hit the paver, or limestone stepping stones. I'm thinking it only goes to about 1.5 to 2 inch height. I can tell you this. It is very sharp and will probably cut clover as good as if not better than grass. I love this model of the Fiskars reel mower. It has the front shield which pushed back the bushes and the like so you can get up close to things. It's very light and easy to maneuver. It DOES take about 20% more effort to push than a regular gas mower, but, at my age(50+), I think it is a good workout and saves on gas and you emit no noise and/or air pollution, so I think it's a good thing to have. One thing that you will have to be careful of is to never let the reel nick the curb edge, or edging as you spoke of as it will dull that portion of the blades. If you shop around on Amazon, you can find a good deal on these. Prices varied a lot. Hope this helps

Answer:	The blades spin in the forward direction only, however they continue spinning as you pull the mower back continuing to cut. If your lawn is long it may take more than one pass to fully cut it, so I recommend mowing regularly for ease of cut.

The secondary area mode is for an area that the mower cannot travel to, so it must be manually placed there and will mow there until the battery is depleted (we have not used the secondary area mode.) Answer:	Hello Bea P. Thank you for your question. The Automower has a PIN associated with it. If it is removed from your yard, it emits a loud sound that is turned off with the PIN. In addition, The PIN is linked with the charging station. A person could not take your Automower and use it in their yard with their charging station because of the PIN. Hopefully, that makes sense!
