Answer:	After 3 years of use, I found the battery did not hold a charge as long as it used to so I ordered a second battery and now rotate them, using the newer battery to do all of the front yard and part of the back, and using the older battery to finish up each week.

Answer:	I have found the grass collects in the chute leading to where the bag attaches to the mower. I have a small lawn and I just open the rear door, let the grass blow out and then mow back over the "clump" of grass. However, if the chute is really full, it is more problematic. It would be nice to have an insert to place in that chute like a Neuton has.

Answer:	I would suggest washing it by hand. A half a pump of the Dawn Platinum Foam soap will get that nice and clean. Heat causes wood to warp, so avoid putting wooden objects in your dishwasher.
