Answer:	I have mine under water and it works great—in fact, I prefer it this way because it doesn't spray too high or out of the bath like it did when it was floating. I just removed the foam ring and stuck it to the bottom of the bath (there should be suction cups on the bottom of the pump).

How to restart the solar pump?
